Lately, 6 months, I've had numerous issues with my apartment. Including both my AC and heater going out when the weather was fluctuating. During this time, I reached out to the apartment complex and was told that it would be handled. It took almost 2 weeks to get it completed, it was suggested for a heater to be placed in my apartment temporarily and I have a dog. I was told I would not receive a discount on my rent because at one point I had to run emergency heat. Additionally, my toilet seat is broken, I sent it a maintenance request for a new toilet seat. I haven't heard from maintenance or anyone in the main office. This request was sent on April 1st, 2025. I live in a one bedroom apartment with one bathroom.

Steve took time to answer all of our many questions, sent extra pictures of the area around our apartment, and overall attended to us in such a way that made us feel great about our decision to move here. We were not disappointed upon arrival. This property is gorgeous and immaculately maintained, the apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the location is great - close enough to be convenient, yet set in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. We met with Darren (DK) and he showed us the one apartment that was available at the moment; he said it's not often they have availabilities and I don't feel like he was just saying that. We loved it but we wanted to look at other places just to make sure we didn't just take the first one we saw. We looked at a few places in Knoxville and nothing was close to the quality of Bristol Park. Bristol Park offers a pool that's open 10am-11pm, a gym that's open 24/7, a nice public grill, and a car wash bay. Our apartment has nice white cabinets, newer black appliances, w/d hookups, and lots of storage space. This is a major upgrade from the place we're living in Clarksville. We came back, and thankfully he hadn't rented it yet. Darren was very thorough and answered any questions we had. It was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time. You can tell he likes to help people. We came down yesterday to sign the lease and all the girls in the office were very nice and helpful. This has been such a positive experience as we uproot our lives. We spent the night last night to see how the complex is at night and it's so quiet. We didn't hear any kids running around yelling, and the people we did see were courteous. I'm so looking forward to being here full-time! I'll update as we're here longer!

Those two individuals are Ashley and Kristin at Lovell Crossing. I have moved on but I lived at Lovell Crossing for 8 years and these two ladies were more like family the whole time I lived there. They are wonderful and without question superb managers who go out of their way to please the tenants that live there. They had a very difficult time when mother nature was not very kind and hit the complex without mercy. They shined like bright diamonds when dealing with tenants who were not so kind but as managers had to protect not only the tenants but the property itself during that time. I have lived here almost 5 years now and it is quiet, clean and, as other reviewers have said, the maintenance crew and administrative staff are pretty phenomenal. If something breaks, they usually have it fixed the same day. I have a beautiful view off my back porch and the apartment itself is very nice, with crown molding and nice looking fixtures. DONT EVER RENT HERE. They will steal your money and make you live in a terrible apartment unless you have the funds to break the lease. Go literally anywhere else.

"He is too lazy to even go to the bathroom". My father suffers a debilitating disease, he can move from room to room with a walker but very slowly- he can't get to the restroom fast enough so he often pees in a container to be emptied later. Anyway, she is attempting to evict him immediately, no notice which is unlawful. This has been reported to the Fair Housing Authority with a recording of the landlord calling my husband a "piece of crap" and my disabled veteran father "lazy". Unless you want tons of drama and an apartment that looks like the Brady Bunch decorated it I do not recommend this property.
