Lately, 6 months, I've had numerous issues with my apartment. Including both my AC and heater going out when the weather was fluctuating. During this time, I reached out to the apartment complex and was told that it would be handled. It took almost 2 weeks to get it completed, it was suggested for a heater to be placed in my apartment temporarily and I have a dog. I was told I would not receive a discount on my rent because at one point I had to run emergency heat. Additionally, my toilet seat is broken, I sent it a maintenance request for a new toilet seat. I haven't heard from maintenance or anyone in the main office. This request was sent on April 1st, 2025. I live in a one bedroom apartment with one bathroom.

We loved it but we wanted to look at other places just to make sure we didn't just take the first one we saw. We looked at a few places in Knoxville and nothing was close to the quality of Bristol Park. Bristol Park offers a pool that's open 10am-11pm, a gym that's open 24/7, a nice public grill, and a car wash bay. Our apartment has nice white cabinets, newer black appliances, w/d hookups, and lots of storage space. This is a major upgrade from the place we're living in Clarksville. We came back, and thankfully he hadn't rented it yet. Darren was very thorough and answered any questions we had. It was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time. You can tell he likes to help people. We came down yesterday to sign the lease and all the girls in the office were very nice and helpful. This has been such a positive experience as we uproot our lives. We spent the night last night to see how the complex is at night and it's so quiet. We didn't hear any kids running around yelling, and the people we did see were courteous. I'm so looking forward to being here full-time! I'll update as we're here longer!

They are wonderful and without question superb managers who go out of their way to please the tenants that live there. They had a very difficult time when mother nature was not very kind and hit the complex without mercy. They shined like bright diamonds when dealing with tenants who were not so kind but as managers had to protect not only the tenants but the property itself during that time. Never had fleas, and when an issue of bugs appeared and that was after someone less desirable moved, the office management sent someone out every week. The staff are the best and if you go in personally and speak with them, they are more than willing to help. I recently had a leak in my bathroom and while here I mentioned that my tub facet had a leak, he fixed it right then. The buildings are much older with a great charm and yes concrete and concrete blocks get cold in the winter, so you will pay more in utilities. I cover my windows in the winter and in the summer and it helps. If you don't feel like you are getting answers to your issues, go to the apartment project manager, she is very gracious and willing to work with you on any issues. You have got to realize this is a huge facility, and apartment life is what it is, can be noisy, and people come and go and you don't always get the best neighbors. Valid issues are addressed and I've had to call on the weekend and someone always called back and came to fix the issue. I love coming home and my space nicely mowed and trimmed. Nice walking area's This place is a part of history in Oak Ridge and reality check your home is what you make of it.

They will also try to give u random fees or fines, for example I am being charged $75 for 'having my trash out at the wrong time' when it was because the trash people left it from the day before. Management truly does not care about your issues or your living situation unless they can make money off of you.

"He is too lazy to even go to the bathroom". My father suffers a debilitating disease, he can move from room to room with a walker but very slowly- he can't get to the restroom fast enough so he often pees in a container to be emptied later. Anyway, she is attempting to evict him immediately, no notice which is unlawful. This has been reported to the Fair Housing Authority with a recording of the landlord calling my husband a "piece of crap" and my disabled veteran father "lazy". Unless you want tons of drama and an apartment that looks like the Brady Bunch decorated it I do not recommend this property.
