Steve's willingness to go above and beyond gave us the confidence we needed to move into our apartment without even touring the property in person. Steve took time to answer all of our many questions, sent extra pictures of the area around our apartment, and overall attended to us in such a way that made us feel great about our decision to move here. We were not disappointed upon arrival. This property is gorgeous and immaculately maintained, the apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the location is great - close enough to be convenient, yet set in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. Thanks again to Steve for making this transition such a smooth and positive experience!

Lately, 6 months, I've had numerous issues with my apartment. Including both my AC and heater going out when the weather was fluctuating. During this time, I reached out to the apartment complex and was told that it would be handled. It took almost 2 weeks to get it completed, it was suggested for a heater to be placed in my apartment temporarily and I have a dog. I was told I would not receive a discount on my rent because at one point I had to run emergency heat. Additionally, my toilet seat is broken, I sent it a maintenance request for a new toilet seat. I haven't heard from maintenance or anyone in the main office. This request was sent on April 1st, 2025. I live in a one bedroom apartment with one bathroom.

We met with Darren (DK) and he showed us the one apartment that was available at the moment; he said it's not often they have availabilities and I don't feel like he was just saying that. We loved it but we wanted to look at other places just to make sure we didn't just take the first one we saw. We looked at a few places in Knoxville and nothing was close to the quality of Bristol Park. Bristol Park offers a pool that's open 10am-11pm, a gym that's open 24/7, a nice public grill, and a car wash bay. Our apartment has nice white cabinets, newer black appliances, w/d hookups, and lots of storage space. This is a major upgrade from the place we're living in Clarksville. We came back, and thankfully he hadn't rented it yet. Darren was very thorough and answered any questions we had. It was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time. You can tell he likes to help people. We came down yesterday to sign the lease and all the girls in the office were very nice and helpful. This has been such a positive experience as we uproot our lives. We spent the night last night to see how the complex is at night and it's so quiet. We didn't hear any kids running around yelling, and the people we did see were courteous. I'm so looking forward to being here full-time! I'll update as we're here longer!

My daughter and I shopped around and fell in love with this complex. I have lived here almost 5 years now and it is quiet, clean and, as other reviewers have said, the maintenance crew and administrative staff are pretty phenomenal. If something breaks, they usually have it fixed the same day. I have a beautiful view off my back porch and the apartment itself is very nice, with crown molding and nice looking fixtures. Plus you are 10 minutes from the mall, 5 minutes from Turkey Creek and 2 minutes from Pelli. I'm very happy we chose this property- I have had no complaints whatsoever

Those two individuals are Ashley and Kristin at Lovell Crossing. I have moved on but I lived at Lovell Crossing for 8 years and these two ladies were more like family the whole time I lived there. They are wonderful and without question superb managers who go out of their way to please the tenants that live there. They had a very difficult time when mother nature was not very kind and hit the complex without mercy. They shined like bright diamonds when dealing with tenants who were not so kind but as managers had to protect not only the tenants but the property itself during that time. Congratulations and best to two of the best!

I am on the 3rd floor and my roof leaked for about a month before it was even acknowledged. Not fixed, just acknowledged. I have had a roach and insane fruit fly issue that also wasn't fixed for awhile and had to email multiple times. They will also try to give u random fees or fines, for example I am being charged $75 for 'having my trash out at the wrong time' when it was because the trash people left it from the day before. You have people literally throwing parties in the parking lot of week nights being so extremely loud and the do nothing about that but HEY they will charge you $75 for trash you pay them to pick up that they don't pick up anyways! I mean seriously this place is a TOTAL JOKE! By the way Ashley the she's a literal witch! They were so nice when I first moved in and after I signed a lease it became completely hostile! I seriously recommend looking elsewhere! You can go down the road and pay the same price as you would herre after all the BS fees they charge you for for the same price! "He is too lazy to even go to the bathroom". My father suffers a debilitating disease, he can move from room to room with a walker but very slowly- he can't get to the restroom fast enough so he often pees in a container to be emptied later. Anyway, she is attempting to evict him immediately, no notice which is unlawful. This has been reported to the Fair Housing Authority with a recording of the landlord calling my husband a "piece of crap" and my disabled veteran father "lazy". Unless you want tons of drama and an apartment that looks like the Brady Bunch decorated it I do not recommend this property.
