I would get 2 or 3 if I went again. ;) I also got the cochinta pibil and it was good as well. Not spicy at all. The salsas were good. The spiciness of the medium and hot weren't all that different but the flavor was. The medium is a green salsa, more fresh and the hot was orange and a touch smokey. The guacamole was good as well but a little too much lime for me and maybe the avocados could have been a little more ripe. Love trying new taco places and this didnt disappoint. Thanks yelpers!

It felt like a waste of a meal. I thought I was losing my sense of taste or something when I tried all of the tacos, because I could barely taste anything. It wasn't me though, it was the tacos. The horchata was bursting with flavor. One of the most flavorful horchatas I've had, ironically. Something else, they put salsa on your tacos without asking. I personally don't like that, because I'm particular about my tacos, but I know some people appreciate it. Also, they gave me tiny, dry limes that wouldn't even be enough for one taco, let alone three. I was the only customer too, so it wouldn't have killed them to give me better/more limes. BUCHE TACO: It was in chopped pieces. I thought it'd be more chewy, but it was just barely chewy. A little fatty. Pretty mild flavor. It was alright. You're not missing out on anything if you skip this. SUADERO TACO: Not very moist. Honestly, a bit dry. Mild flavor too. Some fatty bits. There's nothing worse than a dry taco lacking flavor, with no lime to help. BIRRIA TACO: I thought this would be the only safe option I chose. Nope. Mild flavor and underwhelming too. Even when dipped in the consomé, which cost an extra $3.50 because I didn't get a combo. They also didn't even ask if I wanted to get any consomé. I had to go back and buy it when I saw the taco didn't come with any. HORCHATA: Best thing I had here. Super flavorful. It tasted like there was a lot of vanilla in it though, which I thought was weird. I've never had horchata with vanilla and it didn't mention it on the menu. But at least it was good and had flavor.

The place is tucked behind a bar and the seating area is in an outdoor area. It didn't take a long time for the tacos to be ready, less than ten minutes. The tacos were delicious! I loved the beef taco, the meat was well seasoned and the tortilla was fresh. Normally I really don't like pulled pork anything so I was worried of the carnitas but my friend insisted I try it and I'm glad that I did. It was chopped enough that I didn't notice it's pulled pork and it has some nice crunch in it as well. I liked the beef taco so much that I came back for another. While the tacos are on the pricier end, I feel it's worth it. I'd definitely recommend this taco shop :)

I've been dying to try those extra crispy cheese tacos I keep seeing and these guys did not disappoint. We ordered the Trompo (pastor), El Rey and El Dorado. For me, the Al pastor was actually the weakest; though the trompo itself looked amazing I think it was outshined by the others and lacked a bit of juice. The others were fantastic. Yes very cheesy, but as someone who only occasionally dabbles with the help of Lactaid, I wasn't overwhelmed. I especially enjoyed the El Rey which featured some tasty crumbled steak bits underneath the cheesy crispy cover. Go easy with the salsa, but both were great. Make sure you enjoy some beers in the shared lot while you're at it! Cheers.
