They were vending at Kids' Corner's grand opening event, and I tried some food. The rice and beans were absolutely fresh and very good. I've eaten many beans/rice, and this was the best in Willits. My grandson had many bites and enjoyed the taste. My only regret was not ordering a larger size. I'm looking forward to trying more items on their menu. Ignacio catered my friends wedding, we had picnic style outdoor wedding and authentic mexican tacos were awesome. Made on small corn tortillas like they're supposed to! And all the ingredients were delish - especially the rice! The mexican rice was to die for. We hired these guys to cater our Ft. Bragg wedding in August after looking them up on YELP. They were incredible to work with and we were so grateful for the wonderful meal we got to enjoy with our guests. Amazing food, amazing service, very prompt, and very kind. We were driving through Willits and ended up at this taco truck on a whim. Whoa. Jackpot. Everything tasted like it was made from scratch and with a lotta love. Good food, but 20 minutes later had to find a toilet at the near by dumps. I have tried other items with the same results. (chile verde burrito) I later learned that the owners live in one of the old cricketty houses on cancer alley(franklin). The house is a filthy mess. I believe the owners are very nice but definitely have hygiene problems and brought them to the truck a couple of times that I have been there. Take a look at the ice chest cooler to keep the drinks so called cool. Looks like my bait bucket in my boat. read more
