And the consomé... It was an experience. Dipping the tacos into it made the whole thing next level. Every bite just kept getting better. This combo has officially become my new comfort food. I could eat this every single day and not get tired of it. It's one of those meals you start thinking about again the second you're done eating. Now after purchasing many tacos, tostadas, and the consommé, I'm just not crazy about the beef. It's too fatty for me. I think it needs to be trimmed more. It's my preference. I don't like to eat any chunks of fat and lately when I've visited that's what I've been receiving.
