Second time visiting this place! Although it has that bougie-feel when you walk in because…read moreeverything is brand-stickin' new. This time around I got the chilaquiles verdes con arrachera--and let's just say that was a WINNER WINNER! Next time I want to do the chilaquiles divorciados (1/2 salsa verde/ 1/2 salsa ranchera). Waiters are great & the vibe is even better: I would love to return for a date night. We usually come as a family, which is just as enjoyable! The only con I have is how small the parking space is all-around. Other than that, come with your belly's empty!

We were planning to get dinner at Pappadoux or Pappasito's, but when I looked them up on Yelp, the reviews were not great. Instead, I stumbled upon Letty's and called to see if they had room for our large group. They were incredibly accommodating, and they were able to seat the 13 of us together with only 30 minutes of notice. The decor was fun and beautiful, the food was fantastic (esp the ribeye appetizer,) but it was the staff / team who truly stood out and made our experience so fantastic. From the jefe holding the door open to welcoming us, to our server suggesting off-menu vegetarian options, we could hardly believe how welcome we felt. The restaurant was spacious, clean and incredibly chic / well designed and though we had already eaten too much earlier that day, the drinks and dinner had fantastic flavor, great portion sizes and most importantly.. they were served with so much love. Muchas gracias a mi familia Letty's!!

Waitress never came to refill our chips or drinks. Waitress named lupita and she seemed bothered when we asked her for something. The quality of food a 8, the atmosphere was busy ..it was a Sunday around 3pm..the air condition must not have worked because it was so hot..they need to add fans because it was so hot inside. When we got ready to pay, we were charged extra for 3 items we didn't order., I informed Waitress to correct receipt and she stated that she felt she made mistake on bill, but still overcharged us. I believe in tipping at least 20%, but treat paying customers with more respect and dignity..Waitress lupita was not attentive and next time I will notify management how dissatisfied I was.

As usual, nice place, however it's the service staff that ruin the experience. I certainly did not care for all the spider webs on the ceiling and in the corners of the establishment. Outside I understand, but in doors not a good thing. I might try this place once more, should they decide to clean up their arachnophobia additive!

A worker brought out chips and sauce a few minutes later. I ended up ordering the enchiladas Verde and they were excellent. The chicken tasted fresh and the green sauce homemade. When we politely asked if we could switch tables, she rolled her eyes, walked away without saying anything, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. Unfortunately, our server, Filiberto, was no better. Throughout the meal, he repeatedly forgot basic items like our water, tortillas, and napkins--even after we reminded him more than once. For most of the meal, he was nowhere to be found, leaving us waiting for long periods whenever we needed anything. Good food can make up for a lot, but poor service from both the hostess and our waiter completely overshadowed the experience. We left feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Hopefully management addresses these issues, because no customer should be treated this way. Honestly, the hostess Brooklyn was the biggest disappointment. She walked everyone to their tables with a glare the entire evening and just looked miserable. She shouldn't be a hostess!

Not only do they serve tacos, but they also have tortas, burritos, quesadillas, gorditas, sopes,…read moretostadas, and huarache. The same meats are offered for all of them, so you basically get to choose your variation of carb :D Didn't realize they had a Taco Tuesday special (specifically the taco trompo is $1 each instead of $2), which wasn't mentioned anywhere in store, until I got the receipt. Only bottled water and drinks available :( Tacos only come with onions and cilantro. If you want cheese or sour cream, it's an extra charge for each. They do have house creamy green and spicy red sauces, but they didn't bring it to our table until I was done with half my tacos. Tacos come with 2 small corn tortillas: - Barbacoa (4.5/5): tender, flavorful -- this one was my favorite. - Chorizo (4/5): nicely cooked, flavorful, but very salty - Lengua (1/5): crunchy and hard, flavorless. More texture than anything. - Tripa (1/5): also not seasoned and not flavorful. Meat wasn't tender either. - Nopales (4/5): cactus grilled tender, wasn't seasoned so it didn't have too much flavor. But it came with grilled jalapeño and onions which were yummy. - Sopes (3/5): my first time having a sopes so not sure how it's supposed to taste like, but the base is made of masa flour and felt like a dense, pasty waffle. It was a on the soggy side and couldn't be picked up. This one came with cheese and sour cream but didn't have much flavor even with the chicken, so we still doused it with the sauces. Didn't see any beans on there. Nice to try but probably wouldn't order again. The service was not unfriendly but poker-faced and to the point. When I asked how the cactus tasted, the staff member could not tell me if it was salty or sweet (fyi, it's a savory dish). The ladies' restroom also had no toilet paper (not even a finished roll). But the tables and overall eating environment was clean and bright. Overall, an okay meal without frills. I would compare it to a food truck but in a nicer environment + nice parking lot. The Lengua and Tripa let me down, but I would return for their Barbacoa!
