We were looking for a place for Cinco de Mayo to enjoy some authentic Mexican food. Expectations exceeded! The two women who run the truck are as sweet as can be, the menu is phenomenal. Definitely busy when we came in to eat but they got us our food and everyone else's food just as quick as they take your order. Definitely will be back to try out the rest of their menu and specials. We sampled the menudo and was acceptable. So I ordered. But keep in mind no prices are listed. $19.51 for a 32oz of menudo, that's was the most expensive I've ever paid for menudo. 3 quesabrillas, the same price! I know prices are higher now days, but damn! Sorry, but won't return. I'll just learn from TicTok videos how to cook these items and feed my whole family. The restaurant should put PRICES on the menu.

We went all over Visalia and decided why not check out the north side. We saw this little truck where Tacos galácticos used to be and just judging by the name we said they have to have some of those bomb authentic street tacos. We were not disappointed! I decided to try 4 different tacos so I went with pastor which is the spicy pork, cabeza, lengua and asada. Everything was flavorful and juicy! My hubby got 4 asada tacos and he loved it! The meat was flavorful and the service was great. Highly recommend this little spot to get your street taco fix!

Cancel whatever lunch plans you had and find the time to go to Asian Taco…read more I happened upon this food truck's Instagram page (@the_azn_taco) and was immediately interested because I love Korean food. And I love tacos. Put them together, and it was a no brainer for me to try. The hours can change depending on the events the owner has going on, but she updates them on Yelp frequently so make sure to check often. I ordered three bulgogi tacos and three chicken ones. The owner runs the truck and cooks the food fresh on her own, so allow for some extra time because of this, especially if it's busy. It took about twenty minutes to get my food, which for me, isn't bad at all. But oh my goodness. The tacos were DELICIOUS. Both of the meat options tasted wonderful, and the cucumbers add a really nice contrast of texture and flavor. The meats are mild on their own, but the sauces can be spicy. If you're sensitive to spice, you might want to ask for other sauce options or go without. My only regret is that I didn't buy more, because I could really eat these all day. So if you want to support a budding business with excellent food and service, look no further than The Asian Taco. 10/10. I'll be recommending this truck to all of my friends who live in the area.
