There's nothing like discovering hidden or new place that serve good food. Yesterday while hanging…read moreout with my girlfriend got hungry. And we were craving for some good street tacos. Dallas-Fort wort are full of taco options to lose your mind trying to decide. But what about when you are out of dfw area? It can get overwhelming driving through an unfamiliar town. And not knowing what food options are around it is not pleasant. But almost every time I drive wherever I go if I see a food I feel the need to stop. It around 5p that I spot it. And sort of surprise to see it empty. I saw the menu and to be honest it was the common Mexican menu in dfw. "Tacos, burritos, and such". But what really pumped me up a dish that I haven't seen here in north Texas: Cochinita pibil. So I didn't even finish reading the menu when I already make my order. We got some cochinita pibil and barbacoa tacos and some chilaquiles. I most say that I was very surprised with the amount of flavor. Is not the best taco I ever had. But they park in downtown the nearby areas they will have other restaurants shaking! Their prices are very affordable. And every bite worth every the trip. Although I enjoyed everything that I ate I must recommend the barbacoa and the cochinita pibil tacos. And make sure you have it with your cilantro and onions. It just makes the whole difference! The ladies that operate the flood truck are super nice and friendly. They have different forms to receive payments. I believe they also have Apple Pay. They food here is worth the drive. And I definitely recommend it.

The barbacoa and pastor tacos here are good, but not necessarily better than other taco trucks I've…read morehad. What really sets them apart however is the cochinita pibil tacos. They are excellent, and they aren't something I've found at other trucks. If you're in the Crowley area I definitely suggest stopping by and get a few of the cochinita tacos. Of course, you can also try the others as well, they are still good and all, but they just aren't as unique.

10 stars! The food was so good. This is that hidden gem/ mom and pop hole in the wall restaurant…read morethat everyone is looking for. The chips and salsa come with refried beans poured on top with cheese and you pour your red or green salsa on them. Chips are homemade, beans are delicious and the salsas have a small kick but very enjoyable. Pour according to your spice tolerance. Breakfast tacos were soooo good. Everything is made to order and the flour tortillas are homemade. We tried the green and red salsa on the breakfast tacos and you can't go wrong with either. And the portion of food they fit on the tortillas, it's very filling! The chicken taco was one the better tasting chicken tacos I've had. It had good flavor and wasn't dry and bland like most places. The asada taco was just as good! Just like the flour tortillas, their corn tortillas are homemade. The inside is dimly lit and there isn't a lot of seating, but they do have French doors in the back that might lead to more seating. The lady who served us, the owner or daughter of the owner, was so nice and friendly. We were the only party there, as we wanted to beat the church crowd, and she gave us the story of the restaurant (I asked) and the upcoming toy donation they'll be doing. It's considered Burleson but this is a hidden gem in between Rendon and Burleson. They've been open for less than 2 years. They're a family from California that loved the area, moved here and opened a restaurant that makes very delicious food and are involved with the community and come up ways to give back. Go early and try the food.
