We were already impressed by how cute downtown Burleson is, and our experience at Fresco made it even better! I'm hoping I'm remembering our server's name correctly, I believe it was Caroline. We were there around 3:45 PM on 7/17, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, attentive, and helpful. My husband and I are both pretty picky eaters, and her recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Seriously some of the best chicken we've had! It was so juicy, flavorful, and prepared incredibly well. We had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Caroline, for making our first visit such a memorable one!

If you are looking for traditional Mexican food. This is the place to go. We ordered fish tacos which they serve all day, bean and cheese tacos, and omelette burrito. I enjoyed my fish taco I could tell that the fish was dropped when I got there. It was nice and hot and crispy. It had a type of tartar sauce, as well as cilantro, and lettuce. It was pretty tasty. My kid got the bean and cheese tacos. The flavor of the tortilla was probably fresh, why it tasted different to her, but she enjoyed the beans and cheese. My husband got the Omelette burrito, he was very impressed with the size, the flavor, and the price. We all said we would go back and try other menu items. My kid would probably get something different besides the bean and cheese next time.

I have to give a very negative review this and I don't like doing that when I walk into a…read morerestaurant or any food detachment place and they do not have current or any health department license up or anything and they act like they don't speak any English at all, and I see reviews where people have gotten sick, very sick from eating there in the outside of the building looks dirty and nasty, you can dress up the inside all you want, but outside makes a lot when I walked into this place it didn't smell appropriate, no health department notifications up or licenses, I read the reviews and checked it out, and I turned around and walked out did not eat there and will never go back, the one in Weatherford was decent, but this one in Burleson, my opinion is absolutely the worst it needs to be shut down. Everybody complains about the service, there's actually pictures of lettuce and salad that is wilted and that is no good at all and so that tells me that the cleanliness in the health in this establishment is very much in question, I'm sorry if this hurts but I turned around and walked out and I will never eat there and I will never go back now. The one in Weatherford I enjoyed, but this one in Burleson, I will never go back. if you doubt what I say that's fine. Everybody's entitled of their own opinion, but look at their own pictures and that will say pretty much all you need to know I think again this is just my opinion.

My boyfriend got the Mexican, which he ended up not eating since it was in a pool of grease and the potatoes were very soggy. The guy who we're thinking was probably the manager, was kind enough to take it off our tab. I ordered the burrito tortillon and well, I was disappointed too, but still tried to eat it, since I felt bad if the guy would have to take it as well. The burrito was stuffed mainly with beans, it had very little brisket and I barely saw any onions and peppers, so it was pretty much a bean burrito with a side of beans. The rice was ok, but nothing to get excited about.

Unfortunately, when we arrived the day of the event, nothing had been prepared. The tables were not moved, there were high chairs still in the space, and even a ceiling fan sitting on one of the tables. My family ended up helping set everything up while the staff moved the fan and cleaned tables. There was also only one waitress assigned to our group of around 40 people. She truly did the best she could, but it was difficult for one person to manage refills, service, and everything else for such a large party. We also had to wait on silverware since none had been rolled beforehand. The food itself was good, but with everything else going on during such an emotional day for our family, it added unnecessary stress. Sadly, the experience left us feeling like our event was not a priority, and because of that, I do not see myself returning.
