It was a great combo. My husband enjoyed his Oreo half. One funnel cake is plenty to split between 2 people. Note: there isn't a place to sit near the truck to enjoy your cakes. I just ate mine outside of my car because I'm a messy eater :)

Usually food trucks are a big hit or a big miss, I pulled up to the location and found the truck tucked in by the gas station. It being a hot day the windows were closed, so I couldn't tell if it was open or not. I went inside to ask the cashier at the gas station and they told me they don't know. lol how would you not know? I went back out and knocked on the window, and was promptly met by a curious gaze. I exclaimed to the woman, " how much for one taco? " 3 for $10, not bad I picked out 2 el pastor chicken tacos and 2 steak. One for my girl. She asked if everything on them was okay and I said go for it. She told 10 minute wait. I waited by the car as a door dash driver came through and also waited, confused if the establishment was open, I told them you have to knock. They did and were once again met with a sliding door and woman, she grabbed the door dash and the driver was on their way. My food came out in reasonable timing and they looked great! The worker recommended the steak tacos, so we were excited to try them. The chicken tacos were delicious, especially if you add the green salsa. The steak tacos were a little fatty, but still good flavor. They came with onion and cilantro. My girl wanted cheese, make sure you ask for it if you want it. I asked and the worker curiously gave me a to go side and sent me on my way. Language barrier or not, tacos el Brian is for anyone. I'd recommend giving it a shot, and helping a local business never hurts

Haven't heard read and seen all kinds of fantastic things I had high hopes for what they would deliver. Food up and ordered a steak burrito the Saturday before Father's day, they were running a Father's day special where you also got a free order of nachos with any order. I told them I wasn't a father and it wasn't even Father's day and they still wanted to give me free food. That's a definite plus to start! I also made a mistake when ordering my burrito and forgot to ask them to put the sour cream on the side, after I told them they said they already made it but would remake my burrito for me if I wanted, which is another big plus. Good quality customer service. so far things are looking pretty good for tacos locos, and whenever I got home the burrito look great. headset on the flat top and got in a little bit of crispiness, the cheese and probably melted all in there, they even pre-sliced it down the middle. I dug in... It wasn't amazing. It was definitely good, v steak was plentiful, and the cheese had definitely melted. However it was all kind of in with one corner of the burrito roll so it all melted into a clump. The beans inside were extremely rich, but also thin. I was absolutely happy with the purchase, and see it as a solid option. But not the best burrito in Cincinnati. Free nachos, by the way, were loaded up and solid as well.

Been eye balling the menu and was pretty impressed with the selection that we decided to try it. So glad we did. I am in love with the Chorizo Quesadilla. Packed with Avocados, tomato, lettuce and cheese. But he puts the right amount that it is not falling apart or soggy. Grilled to perfection. I even got my Mr hooked that he got the steak quesadilla. That too is balanced, meat tender and just alittle char to get the taste buds going. Last week my Mr got the Tacos (steak, chicken, and Al Pastor) and it was a hit for him. Besides tacos and quesadillas. He also serves pupusas and tlayudas which we are going to try it next week! The pricing is very reasonable and you definitely get what you pay for. I'm just excited that this place opened up. It's as authentic as it gets and you will not be dissapointed. The owner is really down to earth and knows his cooking!

I'll admit, I did like Taco Truck, but I like Marco's Tacos even MORE. I'd even go on record as saying I recently had possibly the BEST quesadilla in the city right here. The truck is still in front of the Norwood Drive-thru, but things cooking up inside this truck have definitely changed, and for the BETTER. My lady and I decided to check out the new and improved truck last Saturday. She ordered a chorizo quesadilla and I had three tacos (one chicken, one steak, one al pastor). The tacos were good enough to rival our favorite spot, El Taco Bus, and the quesadilla was truly EPIC. One thing that sets Marco's quesadillas apart from others is that he puts the lettuce, tomato, and avocados on the inside, so the quesadilla doesn't get soggy from all of that being on the outside. And his tomatillo sauce is very tasty with a nice, spicy kick. The food is priced very nicely too. We enjoyed it so much that we went back today and both got quesadillas (she got chorizo and I had steak). Both were absolutely delicious! My lady and I are tempted to try his tlayudas and papusas on our next visit. My lady and I definitely have a fondness for good food trucks, and this one has become an instant favorite. New owner, new name, even BETTER food!

So when I had to drive through Norwood for a doctor's appointment I pulled up Yelp to find the best burrito spot en route. Happy to have come across El Taco Bus for just that need! I sent a fb message before heading out to make sure he'd be there, since this is corona season and I don't know what kind of chances he's taking. Turns out, there's not much "social distancing" being practiced with the taco truck. No one was hanging out right there, but it was basically the same as any other taco transaction - you roll up, place an order, hand over the cash (cash only business), keep it moving. I ordered a steak burrito with salsa verde and extra beans instead of rice. He chucked all the toppings on the flat top for a few minutes, rolled it up in a monster, and dropped it under the press to get a nice sear on the shell. That, to me, is an essential next step. I don't want a soggy, fall to pieces, burrito. El Taco Bus delivered a perfect burrito. Brought it home and threw it on a bed of spinach and lettuce, topped it with the salsa, and sliced it open. There's a layer of delicious melty cheese, thick pieces of juicy steak, and plenty of cilantro and onions for flavor. The salsa verde was an excellent choice as well, it brought the full blast of onion and cilantro in every bite. Well worth the stop!
