(Tarot by Megan Le Fey) These are two fields in which you get a lot of psychic debris and emotional trauma energy that need clearing. I have been to dozens of healers in my lifetime, and Jessica is one of the best. The real deal. Not only is she amazing at moving and removing energy, but she also is an expert in channeling higher energy and putting blessings on you. You will feel so warm and protected. She also can remove entities or any attachments like a psychic surgery pro! Being energy-sensitive, reiki can be either pointless (when not done right), or it can be incredible with healers like Jessica. She has a Gaia or Momma Earth type of energy. She has a shaman-like feel and a natural sense of what needs 'fixing' in your energy body. She works with stones too when she needs them. She is an all around 'Medicine Woman.' Jessica is both an old-soul, and very 'high-vibrational.' If you like cats, tell her. Her cat Rigby (Beatles inspired) likes to come and 'help' with the healing. She came and sat on my solar plexus and sacral chakras and purred while Jessica worked. Jessica is particularly good at helping creative people. She's an award-winning visual artist herself, so she can spot 'fear' energy and help to remove it. I have also sent several of my clients to her that are broken-hearted. That can feel so heavy! They come back raving about how wonderful she is, and how much better they felt after their sessions. She is warm, and fun, and genuine. A true healer. Do yourself a favor and go see her. You will feel so much lighter when you're done. I wuv her. She's the best! I'm so glad she's finally on yelp so that I can sing her praises!

If you have chronic pain & stiffness or are still recovering from a long-ago serious injury, you'll be in good hands. I tagged along because I was interested for myself. I'm glad I decided to give this a try. Over the years, my body has tightened, despite constant effort to stay supple. Kathryn is very experienced at loosening the fascia layers between the muscles. It's a wake up call for all those slacker muscles that need to start working for a living again. Deep tissue massage might be a bit too intense for some. If you need her to lighten up a bit, just tell Kathryn. You'll still get the same benefits. I had developed "crossed body syndrome" where my tight muscles were pulling my skeleton out of alignment and discouraging me from moving. After each session (half hour and full hours available) I stand a little taller, and get a nice boost with my own efforts at home between sessions, such as physical therapy exercises, Pilates and Hanna Somatics. If you need just one or two sessions, that's fine. And if you need something more regular, that can be arranged. Kathryn leaves it up to each person to decide what's best, based on their goals. Once you walk out of there feeling fabulous, you'll want to go back! The office has rooms for several practitioners of various body therapies, including acupuncture. Check the website for full details. I think it's a good idea to call the office prior to booking your first appointment to get to know Kathryn or whichever practitioner and to ask any questions you might have. After that, you can book appointments through the website. I find the reminders sent by text to my phone to be very helpful. UPDATE: If you want to avoid stairs or opening a heavy door, there is a wheelchair ramp to get you to the second floor, where TheraCare is located. The ramp is hidden by the facade of the building. Look carefully and you'll find it. The door at the wheelchair ramp now has an automatic opener button in case pulling open that heavy door bothers your body. Once you're on the second floor, go to the left side of the atrium. TheraCare is almost all the way to the opposite wall of the building.

She's one of the few massage therapists I would recommend for anyone with injuries and limitations, since she does a good job working with you based on how you can sit/lie down and adapting her technique.
