I never felt uncomfortable, and rather, was able to fully relax and feel cared for in a way that made the aching shoulder that brought me in, about completely disappear. Tamara and Andy are a fantastic instructors and this new studio in LangTree is awesome! They put a…read morelot of work into designing this studio and it's such a treat to be able to enjoy it now. I first met them when attending their yoga nights at D9 Brewing and Ghostface Brewing, which were always great yoga experiences. They are super friendly and I learn something new in every class. They currently offer 3 levels of classes from "cultivate" and "inspire" to "fly". The descriptions can be found in their website. Cultivate is geared more for beginners or those who want a slower paced class. Inspire 1 is next up and it then goes up to Inspire 2 and Fly. Today I took the Inspire 1 class which is a good challenge for me. I enjoyed the Cultivate class yesterday and before that I tried Inspire 2. While I could keep up with Inspire 2, it definitely brings in students who are a bit more advanced than myself (beginning to balance upside down etc.) Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, there is a class for you at this studio. When you come in, check-in is easy up front and there is space in the back to change and store your personal items. Shoes are not to be worn when entering the yoga room. Just a warning, they do turn the temperature up between 82-85 degrees during class. Not "hot" yoga, but definitely warm. I usually start sweating before we even start lol, but it's nice while the winter cold is settling in. My favorite part is that near the end during savasana, they will come around with a refreshing chilled damp towel infused with essential oils to help students unwind. Andy and Tamara are currently teaching most of the classes and I think they are adding more instructors in the upcoming weeks. There are currently some new students specials, so check them out online and give them a try! You'll probably become hooked :)

I highly recommend beginners start with a new student private session, then get the Welcome Pack Small Group (it becomes unavailable after you purchase another package). For those already experienced in contemporary Pilates, they'll quickly get you acclimated to the nuances of a more traditionally focused practice of that's your goal. I hope this studio is around forever because I plan to be a member for life! It's the perfect complement to my self-directed home practice.

Rose is interested in tailoring each class to meet the needs and energy levels of her students (from beginner to more advanced balances and inversions). She gave helpful pointers and assisted us with the correct form for poses, which not all yoga studios do these days. I've also never had a yoga class that started with essential oils and ended with a warm weighted eyemask (it's incredible, everyone should try this)! She played gentle music throughout our practice and there are rainbow twinkle lights on the walls. Students are welcome to hang out in the lounges and have tea anytime. There are plenty of cubbies and they provide yoga mats and blocks at no additional cost. I didn't have any problems parking on the street, it's free but limited to 2 hours. I think Mindfulness Bar is perfect for anyone wanting a chill and inclusive environment for yoga, meditation, and self-care.

Located on the second floor of a stand alone building, the first thing I noticed when I walked in is how bright, clean and welcoming the studio is. There is an adorable boutique in the entry area where you check in. The boutique carries a thoughtful selection of yoga-centric items including yoga props (belts and blocks) essential oils, books and hand made jewelry. There's plenty of space to store your bags, coats, shoes and such before entering the studio. Once inside you immediately feel the light pouring in through the windows. The paint colors are calming and inviting. The room feels spacious but not overly large. Yoga props are plentiful and include great quality blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters and even sand bags. Spiritual Flow Yoga Studio offers a variety of class types including vinyasa flow, beginner, gentle, philosophy, meditation, restorative, pre natal and mama and baby. The studio is growing and additional classes are being added as needed. Private instruction is also available! I left the studio feeling great! My girlfriend encouraged for me to take a Beginner's Yoga Class at Spiritual Flow Yoga Studio, where she takes classes. We signed up for the Beginner's Yoga Class on Thursday evening, instructed by Celine. When class began, right away, I noticed something I hadn't expected-- a release of stress from a long day of work. Celine clearly explained the positioning of each pose in a patient voice and was also very encouraging. I continue to take classes at Spiritual Flow, and enjoy all of the instructors I have taken class with. I highly recommend Spiritual Flow to people of all different levels of practice, and with a desire to unwind and destress from our busy, busy lives.
