I come here because they are personable and have got some good prices as compared to their competition. Also here at the warehouse they have a good selection of wrist watches along with some unique wall clocks. If you need a one stop place to get a watch I'd definitely give this place a look. They service watches as well. The ones they don't they can send out for repair. The only thing I wish is that they were closer to me, or that might be a bad thing too. Went into the store this morning to ask if they could test the stones in my earrings to make sure…read morethey were diamonds. I had a lady with me that wanted to buy my earrings...hence why she wanted them tested. The most ignorant person behind the counter at W Royce Jewellers was so rude. She says "we don't test stones here...who sent you?" I looked her in the eyes and I said "nobody sent me, you're literally right here in the mall" and I turned around and started walking out when she told me "get out of the store". She then looked at the lady with me and said "I wouldn't buy those earrings from her". Who tf does this bitch think she is? Then she telks me again to " get out of the store or she's calling security ". All this because I asked her to test the stones? Which tested positive as chocolate diamonds. Why would this person, salesperson at that, be so defensive? Is their stuff fake? I mean seriously, i can't believe how I was treated. People like her need to stay working in the back of the store, because she doesn't have a single clue what customer service means.
