During the middle of my treatment, I was dismissed from the practice because the doctor refused to complete a form I requested. The practice had no problem collecting the $100.00 payment at every visit. 0qWhat was most concerning was that I was dismissed without a referral to another provider or any assistance to ensure continuity of care. As a patient, I felt abandoned during an active course of treatment. While I understand that physicians have the right to decline completing paperwork if they believe it is not appropriate, I also believe patients deserve respectful communication and a proper transition of care. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported after investing both my time and money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. I hope they improve their communication, patient-centered care, and professionalism so that other patients do not have a similar experience.

I called this office prior to verify she had all my records so I could get medication. They didn't have my records at all my first visit and only had half on my second visit. I scheduled a televisit appointment but I NEVER got a call from them. 30 min. after my scheduled time I called asking when I could expect a call, as I myself had patients coming in soon. (I waited because my last phone appointment with them ran about 30-45 minutes late, which is fine, it's like a virtual waiting room). The assistant said "i called you, what would you like me to do" I said I would like my meds as I just spent an hour at work staring at my phone. Then she said "its not my first day. you'll need to reschedule". she kept reading my number off her screen, but that does not mean it was typed in correctly. (my phone number has ALOT of 8's,). I pulled up my phone rec's and had employees at my job call me to make sure my phone worked andddd it did. I couldn't even get an apology for things getting messed up. A simple "I'm sorry" or some sort of empathy for the patients schedule was just non existent. I understand they have a schedule also, but they left me in the dust. I refill medications 40 hrs a week, she could have easily conducted a short term solution for this until I had a chance to look at my schedule again. The Dr. called me that evening, around 7pm, which I did very much appreciate, she even said she would call me back the next day. She did NOT call me the next day. This office has only caused me distress. I have never left a negative review in my entire life, but this got me very upset. (I waited a week to post something with the hope this would be corrected).

We have been here for outpatient labs and scans and have always had a very pleasant experience!…read more Scheduling was very easy and the staff were always friendly and able to assist with questions we had. During the appointments we felt safe and comfortable with the care team we were working with. They explained everything to us and made sure we always were understanding of what was happening. The waiting area is also very pleasant and provides a spacious place for you to wait. I didn't feel crammed in which I appreciated. We have had a great experience so far using this facility for outpatient services and plan to continue to do so in the future!
