What does urgent care even mean? If I need urgent care you would think they wouldn't sit you down to be in pain while they wait until the last second to tell you they won't do anything for you. The receptionist was extremely nasty. Bad attitude. She rolled her eyes at people. She answered the phone like she was angry that someone had called. I assure you, there are people who would be happy to even have a job but here you are rolling your eyes at people and smiling at them (for the first time) while you tell them they won't be getting any help. The way they handle business is atrocious. And judging by the reviews I see that everyone agrees.

Saying goodbye to our beloved Golden Retriever was heartbreaking, but she made an incredibly painful moment a little easier for us. The thoughtful touches, from the treats to the comfortable bed and pillow for him to leave with, were incredibly meaningful to us. Knowing he was comfortable and surrounded by love during his final moments made such a difference. What meant the most to us was that Dr. Melanie took the time to be with us and never made us feel rushed. She gave us the time we needed to be with him, say goodbye, and simply have those final moments together. That time and compassion meant everything to us. Our only regret is that we didn't find Dr. Melanie sooner. We wish we had known about her palliative and hospice care services earlier so we could have had her support in keeping him comfortable during his final weeks. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, compassion, and care Dr. Melanie showed our family. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate end-of-life care for their pet.
