Monday afternoon at 2pm and the place is full, that should say enough. I enjoyed the Loma Saltado, the steak was cooked perfectly along with the egg, onions, potatoes and tomatoes, the dish had a nice flavor. It was my first time where the white rice was mixed with soft sweet corn, it worked nicely. One kid had the Sanguche Porteno, a steak and cheese sandwich, he chose the spicy sauce and thoroughly loved it. The other kid had the hamburger Royal and said there was nothing special about it. Service was excellent, they do have a menu in English, you just have to ask for it. They offer indoor and outdoor seating, the atmosphere is casual but trendy. The place is clean, no bathrooms on premises, you had to use one at another restaurant in the mall. ( that was a little weird. Overall, a nice lunch experience.

Excellent but there is no English menu, but a very helpful staff. There are two levels but main dining is on the first level. The websites show a place for English but I it's an empty link. Salted Lomo while chewy is still delicious!

Nive peruvian restaurant at Costanera Center food court. Prices are about average for the rest of the restaurants here. Service is attentive and useful, been here a couple if times and the chef maintains the quality and consistency of the dishes. Will keep coming back : )

Pretty good service and good food. Not cheap but I will go back. Very popular place among locals as there may be a short wait for a table.

My spanish isn't that great so she was super patient. The bread came out and was warm and soft. We ordered the three seafood appetizer with fried calamari, fish. It was lightly breaded and tasty with a lemony taste. Our main dish was the sea bass and we loved the sauce. It tasted like a sea orchin sauce and was very good. In the background they had some peaceful music playing. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and clean. Great place for Perúvian food!

I liked that they were light and not heavy or made me feel stuffed. They have good size portions and OK prices too. I'd be back. Buen lugar limpio, buen servicio y amplio menu.

Parque Arauco Mall SANTIAGO , CHILE…read more Just going over my notes from my last trip to Santiago and discovered my notation that I ate at Madam Tusan in January 2012. I am embarrassed to report that I do not remember what dish I ordered, but I did write in my notes that the food was EXCELLENT ! I do remember the meal because it was delicious, a fusion of Asian and Latin flavors. I plan to return and visit again in January 2015. My flight leaves tomorrow night for Santiago. Next time I will render a better report. I would highly recommend Madam Tusan as a fine place to dine. Sin embargo , espero que me entienden. ok...I am in Chile now, but in the city of La Serena, north of Santiago. The other day, when I was in Santiago I went to the PARQUE ARAUCO MALL. Then I saw it, the other Madam Tusan. I knew that I ate at Madam Tusan but did not remember where it waslocated. The address above at Av. Andres Bello was not the one I ate at, it was the one in PARQUE ARAUCO. Either way, the food there is excellent.. Of course there is parking in the Mall parking lot, for a small fee.

The traditional chile Rocoto sauce ( hope I spelt that correct) was out of the world ..had to order it twice ! BTW -the Chaufa ( Peruvian Chinese rice) though nicely done is not different from Any fried rice at a chinese restaurant .
