Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior.

I had heard great things about Victory Lane and had several positive recommendations, but had completely forgotten about them until I happened to drive by one day. I pulled over, gave them a call, explained my situation, and they told me I could come in right then for a quote. I turned my car around, and within just a few minutes, they had looked at it and given me a quote that was lower than the others I had received. It was around the 4th of July, so it did take a little longer than I had hoped to get the parts in and have the work completed. That said, the wait was absolutely worth it for the excellent service. When I dropped my car off in the morning, they even offered to drive me wherever I needed to go. When I picked up my car, the mirror looked brand new - and they had also taken care of the scratches on the body from the mirror scraping against the car. I was so impressed with both the customer service and the quality of the actual body work. Hopefully I won't need any more body work anytime soon, but if I do, Victory Lane will absolutely be my first call.
