I asked how her day was going, and she basically said she usually doesn't work Saturday's and so was not that keen on it but people want to use their insurance before the end of the year so she was kind of forced to do it. Okay. Then the massage started at 6 minutes late with static holds. Basically she was manually stretching me. It was mildly relaxing but given her first comment it seemed like she was preserving energy. A couple times during the massage she stopped entirely. (I think she was taking bites out of a wrap?). The massage wrapped up on the hour, so I paid for 60 minutes, got 54 of pack-lustre massage. Sorry. Can't recommend this place. Also the bathroom was dingy. There were no paper towels to dry my hands. She told me to use Kleenex, that's what it was there for.

There is a reason why I have followed her as she is great and very kind. Her room is clean and ambiance is calm and relaxed. She also has essential oils. She really works on your troubled areas and uses the right amount of pressure during your session together. Nazilla is not a minuite counter and makes sure you are happy when you go see her. There is free parking in the side of the building and also transit assessible as well. I really apreciate that she does really care about her clients and goes above and beyond for them. You will not be disapointed when you bookil an appointment with her.

They were able to fit me in right away and after a year's worth of massages to solve my soft tissue damage issue, I remain a loyal client. The office is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and they are never running behind. The prices they charge are no more than the recommended fees set out my their regulatory body which means you are getting great value. Last year my back was so sore I couldn't walk. I called every single massage therapist in the area and either got a message or no answer. Because I was in so much pain I needed an appointment ASAP...which in New West is very difficult to find. I connected with Kristine and told her what was going on for me.. This woman OMG blew my mind. She was fully booked for the day but she kept giving me numbers of other massage therapists I could call to try and get an appointment... most of them I had already called...but some I had not and when I did got no answer or voice mail Knowing how much pain I was in and hearing the desperation in my voice... Kristine moved one of her appointments around to fit me in. Not only was her customer service mind blowing...her massage was amazing... Now she is not an RMT but still so worth checking out...

I was a little groggy and smeared my mascara all over my face so I recommend washing your face beforehand, and giving yourself some time to come around (for example, don't head back to the office straight away if you can help it)

So while they are clean and professional, my qualm is that they are way over priced for bodywork service they provide. Tip: Make sure you shop around on price and quality.

Not all RMT's are created equal, and in my car accident riddled body, previous high-heel wearing, work sitting state, she's the one out of all of the physiotherapists, chiropractors, naturopaths, and acupuncturists who has been able to claim success in fixing me up. Yes, it can hurt-- but it's that good hurt you feel when you work out and you know it's actually having an impact. Yes, I can leave with risidual pain cursing out of my head from a headache. It's can be side affect from working out some really old pain in my back. As Sonya has told me, our body's are all linked up, so it's not a surprise. I have never seen my energetic and chaotic sons so calm and relaxed! Gizella had an amazingly personable, genuine, warm and kind way with the boys that made them feel immediately comfortable with her. She seemed to really be able to talk to them on their level and connect with them. My wife and I have had many massages over the years across the world and both of us agreed that Gizella is one of the best masseuses we have ever had. She is incredibly intuitive and can feel where your stress or tension is held so can cater the massage to your needs without the need for any verbal communication! Her touch is amazing and must be a natural skill she is blessed with, but you can also tell she is incredibly experienced in her field and she gave me several tips to help ease tension in my neck on a daily basis.
