My son and I actually referred to him as "poor Lance" because of all the questions that he answered.. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, kind and empathetic realtor, he is your guy!! And he is our guy for as long as my son is in the Washington DC area. Massive thanks and huge. From day one, he truly listened to our needs and gave thoughtful recommendations about what would be a good long-term investment versus what might end up being a money pit. He wasn't the type to push for a quick sale--in fact, he pointed out property damage and issues we might've missed on our own, which really built our trust. He stood out among all the other real estate agents we attempted working with. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, we ended up getting our top-choice home in just eight days! The process was seamless from start to finish. Even recently, when we needed to relocate, Peter offered to help us find renters and has continued to be supportive. We'll absolutely be working with him again when it's time to sell. As first time home buyers, we felt we got amazing value for the services provided. Highly recommend Peter and the Red Cedar Real Estate team for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, genuine, and reliable agent.

Here's where the professionalism goes to another level - Peter builds relationships with his clients, throws mixers, and checked up on us a couple of times per year. And, he DIDN'T ASK US FOR THE NEXT DEAL each time he subtly checked in on us over 5 years! He and his team cares about you - long term not just to get a sale. After 5 years of relationship building, we called Peter and the Red Cedar team for support. He came over. We completed representation paperwork, his AMAZING 360 degree Ariel and interior video/photography genius turned up and transformed our house into a buyer's beacon that sold our home within 24-48 hours of posting - FULL PRICE OFFER!!!! This is Red Cedar - all day long. After getting an offer, Peter and his team coordinate every document, appointment, and follow-up like a well oiled machine. Thank you, Franky and Team!…read more If you are looking for a house in the DMV area, Franky is the perfect agent! HE IS THE PERSON WHO HELP US TO FIND THE HOUSE JUST WITHIN THE 2nd OFFER in NICE AREA! My husband and I met Franky at one of the open houses in Washington DC. At that time, we didn't have any idea about the home-purchasing process. Even Though we searched online, we still got lost since we didn't know what the first step was and what our priority was. Franky helped us to understand the overall process, and encouraged us to think about our future life to set the goal of home-purchasing. Even Though we were not his clients at the moment, he gave us a 1-hour presentation of the whole process with the pamphlet. When we decided to go with Franky, he tried his best for us to find our FIRST HOME with some of our considerations. Since both of us work full-time, he made house-tour appointments or meetings (regarding making offers) after work hours. After our offer was accepted, Franky and his team gave sufficient advice regarding everything, such as locking the mortgage, depositing, final walk through, and the settlement! It took only 6 weeks to move into the new home since we started to look at the house to buy. As you can see my name, I am a foreigner and the whole process seemed overwhelming for me. However, Franky helped my husband and I to relieve the stress by communicating with the selling agent and title company. (Oh, I heard that he speaks English as well as Spanish). If my friend who came from foreign country asks me to recommend any agent, I will recommend FRANKY and his team! I am writing this review in my new, cozy room, where I dreamed about since I immigrated here. I can convince that if you work with Franky, you will never regret.

I was incredibly impressed by Jessica's detailed, thoughtful approach to how to think about marketing my home, how to prep it for the sale, and what to price it at. To be honest, I wasn't completely sure we'd be able to get the asking price she wanted to start at - it was high! But I trusted her because she was right about everything else up to that point. And holy cow we got the full asking price within 8 days of going on the market - on the first offer! I'm a homeowner, thanks to Shanika Hopson and the incredible Coalition Properties Team!…read more Shanika is an phenomenal realtor. I became connected to Shanika through a recommendation to use Harrison and Coalition Properties from a friend. Shanika is knowledgeable about neighborhoods, real estate trends, and very well connected. Not to mention, has a confident ease and very personable. You can see that Shanika wants you to find your home, more than just make a sale. Early on, I said I was willing to look and live all over DC, but really wanted to stay in NW, love natural light, wanted a 2bd condo and near "things". (I don't have a car). Shanika listened to me, watched carefully when we went to see condos, started to underhand my likes and dislikes, and never made me feel silly with all my questions and lack of knowledge. We communicated regularly via text/phone and using a particular app, she was able to see they types of places I was interested in. I saw a condo that was going on the market in a few days, we saw it before it went live... and the rest is history. The Coalition Properties Team hand held me( literally) through the entire process. I was also getting EHAP/HPAP monies making it a bit more difficult. They were on it. I was so impressed and thankful. I also love that they work with and support many black owned businesses and contacts. (Shoutout to Tracey on the closing team at coalition, Kendall my lender, and Sheldon the inspector!) So, to say it long. I had a wonderful experience working with Shanika. I put an offer on and purchased my first condo. A 2bd/1ba in Columbia Heights. I'm a homeowner y'all.

We were not sure what kind of home we wanted or where we wanted to live. I work in Southern Maryland and my wife works and owns an apartment in DC. We were looking for a home in the middle. We were looking online and found a home we were interested in seeing. Jayson happened to be the agent. We went in for a meeting and told him up front that we wouldn't be ready to purchase until at least Feb of 2012. He knew we'd spend a lot of time just figuring out what we want. Jayson spent at least 6 Saturday's and many other random days driving us around and showing us many types of homes. We finally bought a house in May of 2012. Jayson is now listing my wife's apartment and will be doing the purchase of our rental property after the apartment goes. We were going to actually list her apartment in 2013 but Jayson felt that my wife wasn't really ready to part with it and rather than take the easy money, he was more concerned with us making the right decision for us. As he says, it's not about money, it's about relationships. I highly recommend Jayson Stone. He's an honest, hard worker and a good person.
