He dyed and highlighted my hair over as a color correction and a well needed haircut! Post baby mommy makeover and was able to make me look beautiful, fixed it up for me in a gorgeous way that I haven't seen my hair look so well in YEARS! It was the exact color and cut that I needed and I have never received more compliments. Guy took the time and detail to foil every single strand of hair do absolutely precisely! The worst salon experience I ever had I asked for regular curly wavy blowout. The first thing hair stylist (it was a lady with bob hair cut) started with a statement that how much Split ends I have and I need a hair cut I refused to get a hair cut then my hair was keep on knotting up and she was pulling my hair she stated that how my ends a dead due to which my hair are knotting up ok. When she finish the blowout after more then and hour blowout is dead straight with no curls and no waves nothing at all no volume then again she says that it's due to my dead ends lollll. I swear I never thought my hair was that bad until today . I would never recommend this place that lady really didn't know how a simple job blowing out hair. And it's wasn't a cheap salon I paid $40 for just blowout. read more

I understand I had dark hair, I knew it would be a bit of a process to get what I wanted but here it is. 1. Walked in, showed the stylist what I wanted & was told "um idk if I have the time for that." (Light brown/copper color with some LIGHT blonde highlights). 2. He washed my hair, than put bleach on my whole head while sitting in the shampoo chair. 3. Left the bleach on my head & left me sitting there for 45 MINUTES. 4. Washed my hair again. 5. Moved me to a regular chair, brushed my hair, & cut 5 inches off my hair without verifying exactly how much I wanted off. 6. Put about 8 foils in my hair, than put dark brown hair dye on my head. 7. Got hair dye all over my forehead, face, neck & my hands, Because my mask had come off , than I had to put it back on with the dye all over my ears 8. Put foul at the ends of my hair, than had me sitting there for another hour with the dye on my head. 9. Washed my hair, put more dark dye on my head, sat another 30 mins in the shampoo chair. 10. Washed my hair again, than cut another 2 inches off. 11. Blow dried my hair, & styled it with big curls at the end to hide how en even the hair cut was. 12. Charged me $500.00 So I walked out of the hair salon with super dry damaged hair, a burnt scalp from the dye sitting too long, super short UN EVEN hair, & out $500 & 6 hours of my time & my hair looks nothing like what I wanted. (It's dark brown with dark brown lowlights). My hair was super long & healthy. After not getting my hair done at a salon for over 5 years.. this is what I got. read more

I've been going to this Place for a bout a year and half now.Hands down they have skilled personnel, and I'm always happy with the haircut. I gave this place 3 stars review because of my latest experience and the reason I won't go back there again. I've been going there and always paying the same rate 30$ that includes a haircut and a blow dry , when the pandemic started they raised the price and I start paying 35$ until I went a month ago where I had a different hairdresser who wanted to charge me 50$ after I told him that's not the rate I'm used to pay he accepted to charge me 40$ instead + tips. Today the owner did my hair and asked for 50$, again I explained to him that's not the rate I pay, he said that the last time they gave me a discount, I said no I didn't agree to pay the asked price cause it was higher than the rate I'm used to pay, then he called me a liar and said that his tracking system doesn't lie...I was disappointed with the rudeness exchange and I won't go back again. read more

No for eyebrows coloring. It was my first experience ever. My master could not do it right. One of my eyebrow was not finished to the end. And color was a little bit up :) I found out only when got home and looked again in a mirror. Also my eyebrows just a little different shape. Was hoping it could be corrected with coloring. Not in my situation. She could not do it right. Well the other reason why I did not like that master she was on a phone all the time she worked with me. I heard the conversation from both sides :) When she was done with me I started feeling burning. I told her TWICE about it (because she was on a phone and could not hear me ?!) Front desk was super nice. Could not say anything about the salon. I'm writing my review about master who could not do her job. Not satisfied with my eyebrows. I went here yesterday to get my hair done for my bridal shower and Masha did an amazing job. I used human clip-in hair extensions that I used for wedding trials before and she set them, clipped them, and curled everything together. I got tons of compliments about my hair. I had a Hair cut from Mr. "Guy"  Nice, friendly, professional staffs. warm, welcoming environment.  Tea was nice touch... appointment was easy.  Result looks nice but I have to say that was not what I wanted.  Doesn't matter how nice the cut is.. its not what I wanted.  When I noticed it went to wrong direction It was too late to say it.  I just closed my eyes and didn't say anything...... You know.. hair.....once it got chopped off.. Lmaooooooo    I didn't bother to make a big deal out of it.  I just let it go.. let it go.... At the beginning i showed my picture that shows the style I had before.... but it didn't work out.  I'm not saying the hair cut is bad, don't get me wrong..but just not what I wanted. Pricey? yes and no. it depends.  it was pouring rain, nasty outside. I had no where to go and blow dry wasn't necessary on the day. It was kinda my fault that I didn't realize they charge huge chunk of money for blow drying after hair cut.  My hair got messy already when I got home which is after 7 mins of walking.  hahahahaha...well... it pissed me off.  Spent money for nothing. It would have been nice if he asked me but.. well. why would he... right?  Its my mistake that I didn't check the website before visit.   The website explained it. I came to this salon to do my hair and left disappointed all three times! Came here to get more blonde added to my hair using the bayalage technique and the first time it didn't even show the blonde as much as I would've liked. So I came back to the salon a few days later asking the stylist to add more blonde because It didn't look the way I asked. So I called back and asked for the stylist to make it more blonde because it barely even showed. When she was done I was so disappointed!! The color was off, the lines were all over the place, it was uneven and totally unprofessional looking. I couldn't look at my hair it was so bad. It looked like I tried to add blonde to the hair MYSELF ! so I came back for the third time !! And a different stylist did my hair trying to fix what was done and still couldn't! Overall long story short of you are looking to get a bayalage look to your hair do not come here because they can't achieve that.
