When I called on the 21st I was told that my actual consultation was going to be on the 26th. I actually said okay to the 26th but the lady on the phone said that she would give the lawyer my number and have him call me today. When the lawyer called it was to tell me that they would not be representing me because me calling to ask why I hadn't received a phone call on the date that I was told was considered rude and they no longer would represent me. The lawyer had obviously not listened to the phone call or he would know that he was being lied to. I would never hire an attorney who wouldn't even listen to a phone call for evidence much less have one that didn't do that much research for a paying customer.

They also require remote log in saying they cannot work on an "accountant's copy" (which is odd, because our current accountant has no difficulty doing so), but in actuality, the remote login allows them to bill you even more for the "service". They push you to take their "classes" promising you'll learn things that will enable you to take on more of the Quickbook tasks, but the classes are an incoherent, rambling mess of useless, disjointed information. The blessing that came out of this fraud was that we found an amazing and honest bookkeeper who cleaned up the mess Hilburn made of our books.
