Don't tell me not to explain something in depth and then go off on some long rant like I'm an idiot. I'm glad you think you are so smart and like patting yourself on the back, but the truth is you spent more time talking about you and how you do this or that and none of that pertained to me. No one told me what to me bring or prepped me in any way to know what to expect. Truth is, after I started looking it's less what I make now with 2 jobs versus then... but it's obvious to me what was going on. I found DBS Tax through a friend and took a chance. First of all their office is easy to find in Cleveland and we were taken right in even though we were an hour early for our appointment. James was awesome! This was by far the best experience I have ever had doing my taxes. James was very kind, funny, and didn't rush us or make us feel like just another client. It was so affordable to do my taxes I was so shocked. James was outgoing with a great personality and did an amazing job. Great customer service. I have found my new tax guy. I would and will recommend him and DBS to anyone looking for honest, wonderful and personable service. I will be going back to him every year and use DBS if I need any other things they offer.

When I called on the 21st I was told that my actual consultation was going to be on the 26th. I actually said okay to the 26th but the lady on the phone said that she would give the lawyer my number and have him call me today. When the lawyer called it was to tell me that they would not be representing me because me calling to ask why I hadn't received a phone call on the date that I was told was considered rude and they no longer would represent me. The lawyer had obviously not listened to the phone call or he would know that he was being lied to. I would never hire an attorney who wouldn't even listen to a phone call for evidence much less have one that didn't do that much research for a paying customer.
