One of the best channa bhatura plates I have had since the pandemic started. They had one server and one chef. Service was quick when I arrived and my food came out pretty quick. Service slowed down quite a bit when a large group came in shortly after I did which was understandable. They have a large menu of Punjabi and Hakka dishes. Definitely a distinct taste. The Pani Puri sauce was cold and you had to eat it quick as the shell melted in your mouth. The dry chili shrimp was a bit spice, but very well flavoured. The basmati rice is also very well made. Firm and easy to eat. All the curries were very distinctly seasoned, each bringing a slightly different flavour to the table. My favourites are the Rogan Josh and the aloo Gobi.

The puttu kothu is really interesting - it's like broken rice, stir fried with egg, eggplant, hot peppers and mutton pieces. It's spicy but I couldn't stop eating it!
