The biryani lacked flavor, the rice was bland and overcooked, and there were no curry spices to enhance the taste. They used veal with bone, and I was served a large, inedible piece along with two giant potatoes that took up most of the container--leaving very little room for the actual biryani rice. What was even more frustrating was the lack of customer service. I called them twice to share my feedback, but no one bothered to return the call or acknowledge the issue. However, their washrooms are really not in a good condition and sanitation needs to be improved.
