I've been a regular customer of Deira Biryani, usually ordering once a week or at least twice a month, and it's consistently been good--until now. This time, the experience was disappointing. The biryani lacked flavor, the rice was bland and overcooked, and there were no curry spices to enhance the taste. They used veal with bone, and I was served a large, inedible piece along with two giant potatoes that took up most of the container--leaving very little room for the actual biryani rice. What was even more frustrating was the lack of customer service. I called them twice to share my feedback, but no one bothered to return the call or acknowledge the issue. Sadly, what was once a reliable go-to has taken a step in the wrong direction.
