Opening in 2004, it was designed to resemble the open air shopping districts found downtown. A street runs through the complex with free-standing stores and restaurants along the way. There is room for about 55 tenants although there are some vacancies right now. The main anchor tenant is Macy's followed by REI, H & M, Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, Claire's, Zumiez, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Lenscrafters, the Walking Company and others. There is a variety of places offering food and beverage including the Rock Wood Fired Pizza, Thirsty Lion Pub & Grill, Rush Bowls, Killer Burger, Kung Fu Tea, P.F. Chang's and more. The Streets of Tanasbourne has a lovely fountain area. There are benches throughout the center for resting and relaxing. The center is adorned with trees and shrubbery in addition to huge pots of flowers and plants. The atmosphere is very nice and appears well maintained. I've always received friendly service from the employees that work here. There is parking available parallel to the shops along with a multi level parking garage. Bus 48 stops on Cornell Road at the entrance.

Let me know the Link is free and it goes from the Sunset Transit Center all the way to Portland Community College Rock Creek campus. There was an event in Bethany Village today that blocked off the Main Street, so the route was altered slightly. After I picked up my mail, I went to Starbucks then QFC. There's a library here that is small, but it's nice enough to work at if there's a table available. Bethany Village is clean and safe. Good people. I'm looking to move soon, and this area is definitely an option.

But this is pretty epic too. It's a REALLY big Target. It's so pretty. Bright. Wide aisles. It's a really nice store. AND they only have self checkout. It's weird but good. I don't know how well it works when there are a lot of people, or a line, but for low traffic it definitely works. I still love you so much Target. But this store. I love you SO much!!!

Honestly, if I had to choose, my new go-to for Target runs in comparison to the other locations in the area. There was a good assortment of items, and in addition to CVS there is a Starbucks here (but honestly, if I may? Lots of cute mom and pop coffee shops in the radius so stop by there :) ) I will say that this location is a bit cozy so some items might not be available in store and online or at another location, *however*, there's a wide variety that you'll likely find what you're after. Not lacking by any means. Just not a gigantic, gigantic Target -- but still my new fave and a nice addition for the area!

I would have to say one of the highlights of our visit was meeting one of their employees. This fabulous employee is name is Amy. Was so super duper friendly and even gave my dog Belle a treat and she chatted us up and by the time we left the store we felt like we left with a friend. I have to say that I hope Sierra knows they have a gem of an employee with Amy. Helpful and knowledgeable is another way to describe this friendly young lady. Can't wait to go shop again and look for our favorite sales person Amy!

The store is huge, has many departments - swim, camping, women's, men's and children's apparel, hiking, biking, hats and accessories, fitness items, winter coats, rain gear and more. But within some areas, there is hardly any merchandise. For example, the Swim section was minimal. There was a big sign and display, but turns out that was it. Literally just a handful of swimsuits, one or two rash guards, no goggles, fins or gear. Did I mention just a handful of swimsuits? Was highly disappointed but since I was there, decided to walk the aisles. The vast majority of the store is filled with clothing. Racks and racks of clothing. Like it's sister store and neighbor, Marshall's, they must get leftover clothing from other stores and sell at a discount. There are definitely good finds among the racks, but I wasn't shopping for clothing and didn't have the patience. Ended up buying a wide brimmed sun hat with SPF of 50 for just $16.99. There were only three customers at the checkout but it still seemed to take forever. Of course this area is filled with a plethora of spontaneous purchases - trail mix, gadgets of every kind, hiking books, flashlights, etc. For me, Sierra will never be a destination like Marshall's where I will go far out of my way to visit. But for those who want outdoorsy clothing, this could be your Marshall's.

I followed every instruction they gave. After making the drive to their location, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled. What made this even worse was that they blamed me for the cancellation, even though I had already confirmed. There was no attempt to fix the situation, rebook me quickly, or offer any apology or anything. This was a huge waste of my time and gas. Customer service was extremely lacking, and the situation was handled very poorly. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. There are much better salons that actually respect their clients.
