The online booking/payment (discount for 1st time clients) process was easy. Amber followed up immediately with an email providing details of what should be done prior to the appointment, i.e. shaving, exfoliating, etc. The day before, I received a text reminder. Nice touch. After arriving onsite I met Amber. Big, bright smile and immediately I was comfortable. I'm not modest, but the fact remains that you're getting down to your skivvies in front of a stranger, so feeling at ease that quickly is a gift. She thinks of every detail, explains what she is doing during application and still is able to work in some fun chit chat . She even put a pre-violet spray on my skin to counter the red (Irish baby!). Amber is a true professional, blending my feet and heels afterwards with a soft blender. It's the next morning as I write this, zero orange (miracle!), the color is a golden-I've-been-laying-on-the-beach-for-a-week-brown. She also gave me specific after care inx, which I will follow to a 'T' to retain this beautiful color. Best spray tan ever!! Amber is now on speed dial.

I recently went in to get a quick tan and found out 2 of those tans expired. That is $90 down the drain simply because I waited to use them when I actually needed. I was 6 weeks past the 1 year mark. If you are an infrequent user make sure and keep a note on your calendar and a "use by date" like you would a carton of milk. ‍ I've been coming here for years but will now let mother nature and the weather do my color boost.

I've had a very pleasant experience with Bronze Buns as a very pale girlie trying to get a summer…read morebase tan. I got a solid base in 1.5 months but I imagine girls with more melanin will tan even faster. I burn very easily, and Shakira (hope I'm spelling it right) took so much time helping me understand the different beds, prices, tanning lotions, etc. She always remembers me when I go in, and makes sure i have extra towels and leave with a free cold drink. She is just the sweetest. She listens and checks in regularly, and made sure I started with extremely short sessions (2 minutes) and worked my way up. She also let me upgrade to the premium bed for free a couple times to see what it was like, and even let me try out her personal premium tan accelerator lotion that was out of budget for me. Now with my base tan I feel cuter in shorts and dresses, and I notice that I can actually walk around outside for a few minutes without immediately burning my chest and arms. Yay!

Unfortunately, the results didn't meet expectations. I came in for a spray tan specifically to even out tan lines and was assured both on the phone and in person that this could be easily done. After the initial tan, there was little to no improvement. When I called them the next day I was offered a complimentary touch-up, which I appreciated. The technician agreed the first application hadn't turned out well and that there were areas where it wasn't applied properly, however- even after the second coat, my tan lines were still visible. Overall, the customer service and atmosphere were great, but the end result wasn't what was promised. I came in with tan lines and left with the same tan lines- just slightly darker, which was disappointing.
