The entire sesh we just chatted while she did her thing. Her salon is so incredibly cute and CLEAN! I fell in love with her that day. I decided to have her tan me up again for my wedding day. Again, I had so many questions and concerns about the tan staining my dress and she helped ease my mind and we figured out the best plan to prep before the wedding. She has always been so responsive and so sweet about this entire process. My tan was absolutely PERFECT and gorgeous for my wedding! She is very personable, she genuinely listened to my concerns and reviewed the pics I brought in of where I wanted my blonde highlights and lowlights to ultimately look like. She is very meticulous and skilled with placement of highlights and lowlights, taking her time with every foil placement. She saved all of my hair information in an app, color, cut, etc., so that I have consistency with my hair each time I come in. The hair products used in my hair made my hair feel so well conditioned, luxe, healthy and shiny. I mean, even getting my hair wash so relaxing. I am very realistic and manage my expectations when beginning to work with a stylist; understanding it could take several times to get to where I want my hair to be. I came out and asked and then she apologized and said oh I'm sorry we don't have medium Mystic tanner. We're all out. So then I asked her. If there was another option for a spray she told me I could do the versa. But I had to pay 12 more dollars. And she didn't know which level would be a medium tan. I asked her if she could just honor the 35 already paid since they were out of what I paid for and she said no and made me pay the additional $12. Not great customer service.

The only Versa spray tan booth has been broken in Wildomar for the past week. One of the two Mystic spray tan booths is broken too. The only Versa was also broken at the Temecula location. I was inconvenienced for the second week in a row, and drove over to the Lake Elsinore location. I called first. Just to make sure that the only Versa booth there was working. I called multiple times before anyone answered the phone. I confirmed that their Versa spray tan booth was working and drove over there. It was 6:07 PM. The girl who answered made sure to tell me over the phone that they close at 7 PM. I was greeted by Bailey who asked if I was the one who called from Wildomar? I responded "yes." I let her know I had to call multiple times before she picked up. She said she was in the bathroom. That's understandable. I was already frustrated that the Versa still wasn't working in Wildomar. Not her fault. She told me to go ahead and go into the booth for my spray tan. I go into the booth and get fully undressed. Then I realize there's no wipes in the container ....its completely empty. I need those to get the barrier cream off. I had to get completely dressed again and go out and let her know it was empty. She handed me some. I go back in and get completely undressed again. Then I realize that there's no hairnet in there either. Seriously?! Now I'm pissed. I had to get completely dressed again to go out and ask her for one. She didn't care. No apology. She just handed the hairnet. This location is rarely busy. When I was done, I asked her to please have a manager call me. She says "why?". I said "there were no wipes or towel, and no hairnet in the booth. I had to get dressed and undressed twice." She said... "there's no wipes because people keep stealing them." I said "there was no towel or hairnet in there either." She responded "that's because there was someone in there before you." Then she said "you're not supposed to come in after 6:30 PM... I'm closing up." I looked down at my watch. It was 6:34 PM. I came in before 6:30 PM, but that's irrelevant. They close at 7 PM. The blame shifting, lack of accountability, and her snotty attitude was astounding. Very poor customer service.

Her spray tan was incredible. My skin was glowing, natural-looking, and not the slightest bit orange. No streaks, no weird smell--just a flawless, sun-kissed glow that made me feel amazing on my big day. Kristy's studio is super cute, and she made me feel very comfortable.
