She told me I needed to pay $5 for eye covers so I ran my credit card. When I got my receipt, I was charged $70!!! I asked what the charge was for and she said the walk in fee and the eye covers. I told her that I've had a membership for a long time and even showed my bank statements with the reoccurring monthly charges. She was adamant that I didn't have a membership. I asked for her to refund me the $70, and she couldn't because her manager wasn't available. Had she told me the price before charging my credit card, I wouldn't have swiped my card. I was angry and frustrated so I called the original store where I opened my membership. They said it was still active so I went back in and had her look it up by my name and sure enough the membership was still active. Unfortunately, she ran the time on my bed while I having this debate so I couldn't even tan today and have to wait another 24 hours to come back. Meanwhile, I was still charged $70 and still couldn't tan. I don't know who hires people here but I think they need a little more training before they allow them to run the store by themselves. This was the worst customer experience I've ever had. Very displeased and still haven't resolved getting my money back. Not sure if I ever want to return to this location.

For a long time, the business listed itself as "temporarily closed," and now it appears to be completely out of business with no communication or resolution. This is extremely unprofessional and, in my opinion, misleading. Selling packages and then failing to honor them or provide refunds is not acceptable.
