The best tanning salon I have ever been to! The staff is so awesome! The best customer service!! They make you feel so comfortable. I got a airbrush tan on a Thursday night before I left for Palm Springs the next morning. I showered right before my appointment and put on lotion that was mostly oil based, which is a big NO (I didn't realize it at the time) and the next morning when I took a shower my tan washed off! I called them right away and one if the women that do the airbrushing answered; she was so nice and helpful. She had me come in right away and re-sprayed me at no charge. read more

I recently decided to tan before a vacation to avoid sunburn during travel. I found Tan LA because of its really convenient location next to my gym. It was a wonderful experience! The management and staff -- Eric, Hailey and Deon -- are super nice and extremely customer-oriented. The facility is modern and clean and the tanning beds are good; there are several choices of beds depending on what customers need/want. It was never overly crowded and the prices were reasonable. In just a few months, I had a solid tan and did not burn on my vacation. I highly recommend Tan L.A. to others and look forward to visiting them again someday. read more

Just left the place and im still in awh with my experience! So much so i had to create a Yelp account lol I did not go in with high expectations, my plan was to pop in and out and be done with it. When i first walked in i was first greeted by Hailey. First thing that popped into my head " Wow, this girl really loves her job" Her enthusiasm and passion towards providing excellent customer service showed & let me tell you she is amazing. In a matter of 5 mins i saw her greet & take care of about 10 customers without breaking a sweat! Keep in mind she still kept up her positive attitude without missing a beat. I waited for about 2 minutes and was later introduced to Alisha, she is the airbrush technician. One word to describe her, a "friend". That's exactly how she made me feel. From tanning tips to actually asking the questions to get to know me and what tanning procedure best fit me. She rocks! From the front to the back Tan LA has excellent employees that represent the company very well. This place is awesome! Awhile back, I came in early one morning and there was an electrical outage overnight in their shopping center. Eric apologized for the delay and accommodated myself and another lady as quickly as possible and when I went to pay for my spray tan, he insisted no charge and again felt terrible about waiting for the computers to start and regain power. I couldn't thank him enough but this topped my already great level of service I receive every time I go in. By far, the best tanning salon in Camarillo. Best beds, bulbs, very clean, and best customer service. The owner is amazing and ALWAYS so accommodating. He is the sweetest and always doing what he can to make you feel comfortable and happy. I usually go at night and Hailey is usually working then. Hands down one if the nicest girls ever. She is also extremely accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, great to talk to, did I mention SOOO NICE? She is NEVER rude and gives you her full attention. Every other salon i have been to always has teenage girls that just want you in and out and are usually rude or snobby. Never here! Also, I seem to tan so much better in these beds than anywhere else and I have never picked up any kind of infection or fungus like I have at other salons in Cam. Not only are the beds, cleanliness, and customer service amazing, but the red light therapy bed is awesome too! It really helped my skin look younger, clearer, and tighter! I was referred to Tan LA Camarillo by a friend after loosing approx 100 pounds. I had some concerns with tightening up some of the skin. I went in and spoke with the owner Erik who was AMAZING!!! That same day I started the LED Contour treatments and have now done treatments for over a month and seen a tremendous difference. Since starting, I've also become a member and do regular tanning sessions and have also tried the LED Red light for the face and body. I highly recommend visiting Tan LA. I've used the redlight therapy for years, am always told I look 15 -20 years younger than I am. Not to be a broken record, but the guys love what they do and it shows. I made a Yelp account just for this review! I went in for a spray tan from their machine. I was a little hesitant because I've only gotten tans from an actual person and was scared how it would turn out. But being a college student on a college budget I went with my cheapest option. After it was done it left streaks and missed so many places on my body. (I've heard nothing but good things about this place, so I don't think this happens often, I just got unlucky) freaked out because my event for my spray tan was just 1 day away. They called over their spray tan lady and she fixed it all for me no extra charge. They really went out of their way to make sure my tan came out amazing. If I could give more stars I would!!!
