I guarantee this is an extremely unique experience for them, and they were absolutely not smart enough, not caring enough to be accommodating and inclusive. I even told the spray tan girl who was some younger 20s blonde girl from Florida who was dumb as rocks because I told her that I'm a pre-op trans woman, and she looked at me before and goes slay girl! Then proceeded to treat me like a man. This company did absolutely nothing but give me the runaround when I complained about it. They said they would talk to the company and see if they can change the verbiage on the website and in the training so that they know what a trans person is and a month later nothing has changed on their website and I doubt anything has happened behind the scenes except them seeing me as a crazy person when I'm simply just trying to get spray tan like every other woman and had a mortifying experience that no trans person should ever have to go through. Shame on this location shame on this company and I will be going back to see if it happens again and to do more research. I'm ready to do a full out social media smear campaign on them.

The shop has wifi, so if you are a foreigner like me & stuck without cellular, you are able to get a ride back without searching for a Starbucks. Super nice, asked me what I was looking for, informed me about everything she's gonna do and how I have to treat my tan at home to have the best and long lasting results. Tan: After 8 hours u're allowed to take a shower. I waited 9 to be sure. Because u will still have some spraycolor on your skin it can look a little muddy - this was completely gone after I took a shower. It came out super even & not orange at all! I see on their website that they now offer to price-match salons within a 5-mile radius on comparable services except spray tans. In addition to state-of-the-art tanning beds and sunless spray tans they also have light therapy, infrared sauna therapy and body contouring with red and infrared light. It's still located in the same nice and modern building on 3rd street. Their hours are Monday to Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am-5pm.
