I've never been tanning before either. When I got there the lady at the front desk took my info and explained to me about the beds. She suggested to go up to another bed which was only a $10 difference. I also figured I would just buy tanning lotion at the salon too. She went over about the lotions and since I have tattoos I went with jwoww. We then proceeded to the room and she explained everything to me on what to do. I was going about every other day. Everytime I went in, the front desk person was nice. I had a great experience and when my month was up, I talked with the front desk person about how I saw reviews about not going up in time, she explained it's because the owner doesn't want you to burn. Now that I am back from cancun and pretty tan, I might start go back and buy a tanning package to keep my tan! Everyone that works there is super nice also.

When I said that was deceitful, and I wanted it cancelled immediately, I was told they could not cancel a frozen account, it would have to be active a month before they could cancel. I argued with them, but all they would say was that was in the original contract you signed. I plan on reporting them to the BBB for not cancelling the account the first time I went in, but I would not recommend anyone use their services or give them their credit card. In the end, They have charged my credit card over $100 more than should have been done.
