Weeks later, not a single blade of new grass has grown (while I'm watering twice a day, per his instructions - a process which takes 3 hours). This entire time, I'm patient and kind to him, trying to believe he's doing his best. Finally, he tries pawning us off on another business (who Bobby falsely claimed was his business partner) and this new person then promptly cancels our services before ever meeting us. Weeds are now 3 feet tall on our lawn and the rest of it is dead. We are out $350, it's too late to reseed or find another lawn care service, and what were Bobby's last words - "best of luck".
