Just before it went through they were coming over to take some measurements. Our part is in an oval with one street in the middle. Very simple. They got lost. Not sure how, but they did. They ran over my 17.5 year old pup and kept driving. I was screaming at the and then thgry stopped. The driver looked at me and started his truck up again and kept on driving. Never called me or offered to pay for anything. She died several hours later. To this day, they never contacted me or apologized. My friend did, they didn't.
