Even though he is primarily associated with the Kia section of the dealership, he readily took the time to show me the Volkswagen Tiguan SEL R-Line Turbo that I desired. I opted for the avocado green exterior color, complemented by a black and amber brown diamond-stitched leather interior, which earned a spot on the 2026 Wards 10 Best Interiors & UX List. He guided me through the entire paperwork process and remained very patient, composed, and respectful. He possesses integrity and a compassionate nature. I've never experienced such attentive service in my numerous car purchases. BUYER BEWARE They will bait and switch you. Two people called including the manager and told us they would match a price from another dealership that was farther out to save us the trip. We told them that they needed to check and make sure they had the model we wanted before we came in. They confirmed. Got there and the only vehicle they had was a higher trim package. They continued with the charade of moving forward with the deal. Went as far as having us inspect the vehicle and sign initial paperwork before demanding another $3700 for the vehicle. Wasted hours of our time and pulled us away from another dealer to try and pressure us for more money. They're scammers!! Don't trust them! read more

Tameron is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with!! Their salesperson is rude, disrespectful, and creepy. The whole experience was horrible, from him telling us we couldn't look at cars til they determined we could pay for it, or the fact that during negotiations he had to mention his wife's first conception and give details. He lacked personal space and simple decency. So for any female I would be very cautious with who you work with at Tameron because they will be sure to make you feel uncomfortable. As far as negotiations, it is all one sided and if you cannot benefit them, they will write you off as second class. I hope this helps someone avoid a terrible experience. read more

Find another place! I made an appointment at 1:30 to get it service for an oil change and diagnostic (back window won't roll back up) and it wasn't till 4:00 they took it back to the shop. I called to see how long it would take and they said another hour. While my husband and I waited, 6 sales associates are sitting in the front just talking looking unprofessional and bored. Didn't have parts to fix my window or even brakes. The price for an oil change and window diagnostic was almost $300. Not coming back. Staff was nice though. read more

Bought a car from this company. I was told that extended warranty and powertrain warranty was on the car. The motor blows up at 79,000 miles. 40,000 which was driven by me. Contacted Tameron about warranty, I was told KIA USA blame me for the motor blowing up and refused to fix. I had oil change done regularly and car was kept up. I looked up issue with the Kia Soul and found that Kia has a class action lawsuit for this exact issue. The company admit they knew about the lawsuit but continue to sell defected cars and refused to replace engine. The owner Ryan basically laughed and said "your problem is with Kia, not me". The general manager stated "it's your fault or whoever change the oil fault. your problem".... I drove on the same oil change for 2700 miles without an issue. Do not buy a car from this company. The service department is terrible! Unprofessional & unwilling to assist. My husband has brought the vehicle in multiple times for touch screen problems. The 1st 2 drop offs they claimed they were unable to recreate the issue & recommended taking video. Now we have video & brought it back for the 3rd time to be told it happens & they can't do anything with the video. The system also has a recall on the camera of which they did not acknowledge & has since locked my child in the vehicle because it didn't recognize we had the keys & were attempting to unlock it. Clearly there is a systemic electronic issue & this is the only way to get attention. read more

BUYERS BE VERY WEARY IF FINANCING. I saw a car online and it was the one I've been looking for. It was $41k, but I had at least $4k equity in my current car (even though others offered $5-$6k). I was extremely interested in the vehicle and was hesitant for them to run my credit. Ultimately I allowed it because I was really wanted the car and the salesman told me they were going to check a couple lenders to get me the best APR. When they came back with the figures, they were trying to charge me $770-$800 a month for ultimately a $35-36k loan. I knew the numbers weren't adding up because 1. I had a pre approval with an amount less than that and 2. There was no way the APR was less than my current pre approval, which is why I wasn't using it. I ran the numbers after we left because something was fishy. They were trying to give me a 16.5% APR!!!! I was shocked, but not as shocked as I was when I checked my credit and they only attempted to run me through Kia finance and no one else. So they refused to work a deal with me and attempted to squeeze more money out of me by forcing me to go with their lender, UDAAP violation much?! read more

I gave KIA this rating for the fact that they are selling automobiles that they know will cost the buyers higher insurance premiums or not insurable at all. The KIA Sportage is one of the most stolen vehicles in the U.S. I feel that as a reputable company they should notify the buyer to this fact. If the buyer wishes to continue with the transaction, then the higher premiums are on him. I do not have a problem with the vehicles (and I've purchased 4 of them), it's the after-sales problem such as insurance. read more

Do not do business with these people! We had to call the police just to get our car back! Run, do not walk, to literally any other car dealership. They initially lied to us about having our parts in that were under warranty and then mostly only did the repairs not covered by warranty. They claimed that most the parts needed for the repairs covered under warranty had actually never showed up. OK. Fine. They said they would call us once the parts were in. Of course they never called us to inform us when the parts were in. We finally called them - after weeks - to reschedule. The parts were in. After the repairs were done - which took an entire day longer than they assured us it would - they claimed to be in a dispute with the warranty company over a few dollars. The specific amount kept changing - and they refused to give us our car back until their dispute was settled. Or, of course, until we paid them this lump sum of cash. The amount changed from $300 to $150 to $100 and even eventually got as low as $40. Which sounds like a joke, but is truly how low they got. We explained that this dispute was between them and the warranty company and obviously is something they should have settled prior to conducting the service - especially since they had done previous repair work on this same Kia automobile with the exact same warranty company before. But that I needed my car back - they just flatly refused. They held our car hostage for hours. Several hours! And they laughed when we told them we wanted our car back. When they informed us that they were about to close for the day and planned to keep our car unless we paid them this lump sum of cash we had to finally call the police. The police were very nice and assured me that they would help us get our car back and they were on their way. At that point, the dealership magically decided there was no longer a dispute with the warranty company and they did not know why we still had not received our car back and immediately brought it around. A real mystery. They then told us - in a whisper, which was truly bizarre - that we needed to find another place to get our car repaired next time. HAHA! Like we would ever come back to such a business again. These people are running a bad business. They knew exactly what they were doing and exactly when to give up the game and allow us to leave. I am sure they have run this same game on countless people and have had it work. Do not trust this business. Do not give them your car. They are not honorable. I plan to inform Kia of their behavior as well. This business should not exist. read more

So I was contacted by Tameron Kia D'Iberville because they were interested in buying my Yukon I have listed for sale on Facebook market. I told the person that contacted me that I had an offer from CarMax and that if they could beat it then I would bring my vehicle to them. I even told them what the offer was. I was told in text messages that they GUARANTEE that if they couldn't beat the price then they would at least match the price. So they made me an appointment and when I got there that person wasn't even there. The salesman was nice but as I was sitting there watching the manager "Ken" kicked all back in the office and laughing when another salesman would go in there about their customers. Of course when my guy went in there he didn't even take a second to entertain an offer or any details. He told the salesman that since I had an offer somewhere else to go sell it to them. I wasn't buying a vehicle or trading one in. They called me. All day. And guaranteed a price match at minimum. I asked to speak to Ken and they wouldn't even go get him. UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT BUY FROM I posted my vehicle for sale on Facebook and the "internet sales specialist" Madison Nodhturft messaged me and stated her dealership, Tameron Kia wanted to buy it due to the shortage of used vehicles. I told her I wasn't interested in wasting my time and being lowballed. She said that they were paying top dollar and she had me submit an online evaluation. I provided VERY detailed pics and listed the mileage exactly as what it was. She offered me $8514 for it, which was about ~$500 less then what I wanted, but I considered it a fair offer coming from a dealer. She then called and asked to set an appointment for me to come in. I told her in no uncertain terms that I did not want to come in just to have them lowball me and waste my time. She assured me that it was a real offer and wouldn't change as long as there wasn't any mechanical issues or if the car had been wrecked, which obviously by the pictures it hadn't. She said she had an appointment lined up and to ask for her manager Brett as the only time I could make it up there was when she was off. She said she put my information and offer in the computer and she made Brett aware of it. I rearranged my schedule and left work early today to go by for my "appointment". When I got there they had no knowledge of the "appointment" and Brett took my keys and went to look at my car. He never came back and talked to me, but sent a salesman, Brother, to get my information. When he asked how much I wanted I said that I was already offered 8514. He asked by who, and I told him Madison. He said "Oh she's in the office, she doesn't know anything." He then tried to offer me 5,000 and said the difference was because of high miles and it needed tires. (113,600 miles is what it has on it, and what I gave to Madison when she did the "evaluation"). The two back tires are new, and the front ones are probably at 50%. If he had been reasonable and just taken the cost of the two front tires off the offer I could have understood his reasoning. I told him I knew this was a waste of time, took my keys and walked out. Now remember Tameron Kia were the ones who contacted ME wanting to buy MY car, not the other way around. I never asked them to buy my car. I had an offer in writing from their representative and they still tried to offer me 40% less then their original written offer. Don't buy a car from this place!! We brought our car from them June 1, 2021. They never finish our paperwork for our Texas registration. We kept following up with them and they will just tell us some BS story. Two months later, we told them to just give us the paperwork and we will take care of it ourselves. I went to my first car dealership requesting to look at a 36,000 car (which wasn't worth the price to begin with and planned on talking down price) to be greeted by John the salesman and Ronnie, a helper is what he called him. They were extremely nice to begin with until Ronnie kept saying that he's going to treat me as if i were his daughter because i didn't have anyone with me (i'm a 19 yr old female) i brushed it off just because i know i wanted to talk the price down. So, they ran my credit after test driving it and said i didn't qualify. I immediately called my supervisor and he advised me to walk out. I went back to John and Ronnie and told them what my supervisor said and Ronnie said afterwards "Well, maybe he's right. Next time you should come with someone and maybe become more educated about buying cars" I was in uniform at the time, keeping my bearing but tears started to fall from my face as i walked out. I will NEVER go back to these people who think i'm uneducated and because i'm a young girl i can't buy a car, let alone GET RESPECTED if i'm by myself.
