Suddenly, at the start of January 2026, they informed me they could no longer fill these due to an unexpected issue with DEA licensing/registration requirements. They claimed they only learned about it that day, with no prior warning whatsoever. This left me without critical daily medications, forcing me to scramble for a new pharmacy and have my doctor resend everything during the hectic new year period. The total lack of advance notice, communication, or any contingency plan showed a complete disregard for patient health and caused tremendous stress and danger. While regulations are important, better preparation and care for long-time patients could have prevented this. This experience has destroyed my trust--I'll be switching permanently and suggest others relying on daily essential prescriptions seek more reliable options.

The gal who was working there at the time was busy helping a lady interested in a foldable/portable wheelchair. They had several of those in a couple different colors, walkers of all styles, and anything else you could think of for someone elderly or recuperating. She was nice enough to take a quick break just to answer a few of my fast questions. I don't know how the prices compare here, but the availability of what you might need could take precedence when you can get an item right away.

I went to Rose Pharmacy located across the Westside Regional Hospital to purchase a raised toilet…read moreseat for my mother who was at the hospital and was being discharged on the following day. The owner asked me how much my mother weighed and recommended a toilet seat that cost $70.00. Once my mother got discharged the day after, I realized the toilet seat was too small and immediately took it to the store to be exchanged. The old man who sold me toilet seat welcomed me back with a major attitude and asked me how I can help you like I was some sort of criminal. I explained to him that the toilet seat raise he sold me the day before was too small and needed a bigger one. He flat out told me that he doesn't accept returns and needed to leave his store. I told him I was never told about their return policies when I made the purchase. At that moment, he pointed out to a separate piece of paper that was attached to my receipt by the older lady who I believe to be his wife. I told him they have a very deceptive practice because they need to let their customers be aware items sold in their store are non-refundable and not just attaching a piece of paper in the receipts after the item is purchased without customers' knowledge. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything at Rose Pharmacy due to their dirty and deceptive practices. I was left with a useless item that ended costing me $70.00. See attached pictures.

I picked up my prescription today and I was pleased with the friendliness of the 2 employees I encountered. We made a little small talk while they got my prescription, nothing weird or forced, it was actually welcome since a lot of people now barely greet customers. I paid, which was exponentially cheaper than the previous pharmacy I used, and went on my way. They saved me almost $60! While I waited, I looked around and aw they have a big selection of pharmacy items and DME. The store was also very neat and clean.
