They did a great job and made me feel safe on the ride. I felt we were in good hands. Beforehand they checked everyone's tires and inflated them. On the ride, they kept us all together--not always an easy task. And when I got a flat tire on the ride, they fixed my flat AND showed me how worn out my back tire was, which I hadn't been aware of, and recommended a get a new one a.s.a.p. A white lady walked in with a child and bike and they began servicing her. I asked a worker how does the QR code sign in work, and how do they decide who is to be serviced next, and told him that I was here before the woman they were now servicing. He couldn't answer any of the questions. Another white lady came in and they began servicing her ahead of me and as telling other people that they are close to closing and they ask me to leave as I protest them servicing these white women ahead of me repeatedly. The manager on duty tells me that I can go somewhere else and pay to have my bike fixed somewhere else if I don't like the service. I continue to protest and he ask me to leave and threatens to call the police. I finally leave after the police are on the phone and he's giving them my description. That Manager is a racist Karen.

Not only that but the person I was talking to seemed to be not straightforward from the beginning of how much I was going to pay Now I think everyone should get paid fairly for their labor but that's just kind of an absurd price.
