I had two pistols delivered to Talos and when I went in to do the paperwork I was waited on by a new hire (or so he said) he called me "boss" and was distant, arrogant, and rude! Today I went in to pick up the guns and yep I got the same rude man... He simply had to show me where to sign and date in one spot while he was setting me up to sign I asked him an ammo related question and he said "one task at a time boss" I was stunned by his rudness, I finished up my bussiness with him did not purchase the Remington 870 that I need or any ammo and vowed to never set foot in Talos again! Great buying experience. Staff was very polite, and attentive. Stopped in to look at parts and they repeatedly asked if there was anything they could help with. Decided to buy a stripped lower for an AR build. I had a sleeping 2 year old grandson on my shoulder (drooling, sweating, and farting), the guy behind the counter was nice enough to hold the paperwork for me while I filled it out so as not to disrupt the little guys slumber. Prices are comparable to what I would pay buying anything on line. If they don't have it, they're happy to get it. Based simply on the customer service alone I will highly recommend to anybody. Very knowledgeable staff that can not just give you the brochure type answer, these guys really know the products they sell and can answer any question I have had. I moved to West Richland almost two years ago, and have gone to Talos Tactical for several items, and information about various firearms. I have always got the information I requested. For items that they didn't have, I was directed to another gun store where I was able to find them. I find the prices reasonable, and the customer service better than in most gun stores. The only draw-back is from time to time you may find more customers than store personnel, and may have to wait a few minutes for service. read more

Went in to order a pair of 511 shorts for my husband. The guy was helpful and friendly, said they would be there in a week. We call about 10 business days later and the man on the phone was not helpful at all. Said "he didn't see our order, and don't know who placed it" then hung up. Did not offer to re-order the shorts or even look into it further. So we just ordered them off Amazon instead and got them in 2 days. I just expected a little more customer service. read more
