Unfortunately, our overall experience with VForce Marine has been extremely disappointing. From the…read morebeginning, we experienced long delays and poor communication during the purchase of our Bayliner DX2000. Shortly after purchasing the boat, we dealt with multiple issues, including fuel problems, navigation lights, and a bilge system that wasn't working properly. We were also promised a cushion that has been "on backorder" since March and still haven't received it. Our experience with the service department has been just as frustrating. Our boat has spent weeks at the dealership on multiple occasions, and most recently, after an accident repair, we discovered that two areas of damage were completely missed. The piano hinge was replaced, but the surrounding gelcoat was left scratched. To make matters worse, our boat was returned with the white upholstery covered in dirt and mold after apparently being stored outside while in VForce's possession. There was no apparent effort to clean or properly restore it before returning it to us. The biggest issue is not just the individual problems it's the repeated lack of communication, attention to detail, and accountability. We purchased a brand-new boat expecting VForce Marine to stand behind their product and workmanship, but instead we have spent months dealing with repairs, delays, and unresolved issues. We truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to make things right, because this has been far from the ownership experience we expected.
