Buyers Beware!!!!! We had a terrible experience with the Sales Manager, Beth Castle and the salesman. We live 15 hours away and had the salesman Facetime us and send videos. We specifically told the salesman, to give us a guarantee there were no scratches or damage on the unit. He gave us his word, it was in a great condition. Again, we saw a Facetime and video. My husband flew in, rented a car and hotel. What a disappointment when he arrived. One whole side had deep wide scratches and the interior had places that needed repair. The salesman said, "He was sorry, he must have overlooked the damage". He knew the damage was there, it was very obvious, he choose not to show us during the facetime and video. My guess, he thought since we had traveled so far and endured the expenses, we would move forward with the sale. We absolutely DID NOT!!!! With this type of dishonestly, I can't imagine how their customer service would play out. My husband asked to speak to Beth Castle, the Manager. My husband shared with her the situation and expressed to her that we had over $500.00 in expenses, due to the fact, we trusted her establishment and her salesman. Her response was, "I am sorry.....it was an oversight with my salesman". She was not willing to work with us at all. She did not offer to make repairs to the unit or reimburse us. To be very frank, she honestly did not care and made it clear, she did not want to be bothered!!!! Beth Castle definately does not hold her staff accountable, nor does she value her clients. She made zero attempt to correct the situation. I have read several reviews regarding VForce Marine, since our unfortunate issue and it appears we are not the only ones who have had a bad experience. My husband and I are both Managers in the Sales World and we would never treat our clients this way. Please do your due diligence before you deal with this company. Not happy I purchased a brand new 2025 boat 2 weeks ago. My sales guy Garry was awesome. The 2 finance ladies were awesome WAY over worked which makes the process a lot slower and longer. My issue is the fuel gauge on the boat didn't work the radio system was broken. I took the boat on a Saturday knowing what was broken I was told they would have the radio parts that following Thursday and once they fixed that they'd look at the fuel gauge. I never heard anything from them that entire week. Another week goes by I reach out to my salesman (which I shouldn't have to) and ask what is going on. From what I gathered without him saying it is the radio parts were never ordered when I was told they were ordered that Saturday I took the boat. I took it upon myself to fix the fuel gauge which I shouldn't have had to. Salesman finally told me that apparently the warranty specialist was going to take care of my radio issue and once they found out what was going on they would reach out. Well, it's been few more days now and I haven't heard anything. So, I am assuming now the radio is my responsibility to get it working and my responsibility to purchase the parts needed. You would think with this being a brand-new boat and me being a new customer they would be more on top on this issue and reach out to me to get it fixed ASAP. I shouldn't have to reach out to them to figure out what's going on. I am blaming the service department and upper management for not being on top of customer issues. Customer service with this dealership is absolutely poor. At this point and time, I am fed up and I will reach to boat manufacture and get this issue handled myself. read more
