They are without question the best boat dealership I've ever experienced. Their service department has come to my dockside and I've brought my boats to their state-of-the-art facility. I have to point out a few individuals for their commitment and service: - Brock in service. Brock always leaves my boat cleaner than he finds it. His communication is great and he is very thorough, sometimes fixing things I didn't even know were issues. - Kenny as the General Manager. Kenny does something very challenging. Keeping customers happy with one of the most advanced and expensive assets their family owns. Today's boats are very complex, with many systems all having to work together. Malibu and Axis are at the forefront of that tech, but sometimes the one at the lead gets the most bruises. Kenny balances this challenging service role like a champion. - Wes Powers as the sales master. Wes IS the epitome of the boating lifestyle. This isn't a job for him, it is a lifestyle. He's always working because his life is boating. He alway's looks to the future of the customer because he's guiding families to a lifestyle of fun and memories. He always takes care of everyone and gives them the after-sale support that keeps them coming back.

If you want to take your boat somewhere where your opinion doesn't count, take it to Albert. After…read more35 years in the business, Albert likes being the king of his own castle, which is why he has an office in the back of somebody else's boat yard. His motto, at least the one he shared with me, is "You mean nothing to me." (that is not a joke, he actually said that). I own an older boat that has had two owners, my aunt (who test drove OMC motors) and myself (for the last 12 years). I tried to share about my experiences with the boat before he started working on it and he obviously had a problem with me sharing, as HE is the expert. Nevermind I took it to a shop to be repaired because I recognized that I could not fix it. He is a man with a short temper and does not like questions. If you go there, you may be satisfied with the results but don't to be afforded questioning what's being done. Bring your wallet but leave your opinion at the door.

Albert is straight to the point, extremely thorough and extremely knowledgable. He has also made me more mechanically boat smart as he is very easy to talk to when you have any questions.
