In my experience this dealership as a whole has exceeded my expectations. The sales team and…read moreservice got me my boat within 4 hours of getting to the dealer. Between signing and demo i was in and out. Overall a very smooth process

Buyers Beware!!!!! We had a terrible experience with the Sales Manager, Beth Castle and the…read moresalesman. We live 15 hours away and had the salesman Facetime us and send videos. We specifically told the salesman, to give us a guarantee there were no scratches or damage on the unit. He gave us his word, it was in a great condition. Again, we saw a Facetime and video. My husband flew in, rented a car and hotel. What a disappointment when he arrived. One whole side had deep wide scratches and the interior had places that needed repair. The salesman said, "He was sorry, he must have overlooked the damage". He knew the damage was there, it was very obvious, he choose not to show us during the facetime and video. My guess, he thought since we had traveled so far and endured the expenses, we would move forward with the sale. We absolutely DID NOT!!!! With this type of dishonestly, I can't imagine how their customer service would play out. My husband asked to speak to Beth Castle, the Manager. My husband shared with her the situation and expressed to her that we had over $500.00 in expenses, due to the fact, we trusted her establishment and her salesman. Her response was, "I am sorry.....it was an oversight with my salesman". She was not willing to work with us at all. She did not offer to make repairs to the unit or reimburse us. To be very frank, she honestly did not care and made it clear, she did not want to be bothered!!!! Beth Castle definately does not hold her staff accountable, nor does she value her clients. She made zero attempt to correct the situation. I have read several reviews regarding VForce Marine, since our unfortunate issue and it appears we are not the only ones who have had a bad experience. My husband and I are both Managers in the Sales World and we would never treat our clients this way. Please do your due diligence before you deal with this company. There are so many other professional and honest establishments to deal with in the Florida area. I wish we had been warned.

2nd time using their Service Department. Both times the exact same experience. Scheduled the…read moreservice to drop off the boat weeks in advance. Bring the boat in 1st am Tuesday morning, had to search around the lot to find someone to receive it and get it checked in which took over 20 minutes. They have so many boats piled up there and the staff says "just park it out there along the road and we will get it later" No assistance, you are just on your own. Nonetheless, as I left I really hoped this experience would be different. 8 days later and still not a word. No call to let me know what they have found, likely because the boat has just sat there for over a week. I have driven by as I go to, and come home from work and the boat hasn't moved. Likely just as what happened last time when it took almost a month just to mount and program twin Suzuki's (rigging and wiring was already installed) when the boat didn't move and no effort was made until I called for an update and expressed frustration with it taking so long. Therefore I followed up yesterday, spoke with a young man in parts who was truly a nice gentleman. He put me on hold for over 10 minutes to try and find someone in service to update me, however he couldn't locate anyone. He apologized several times and I assured him that I don't fault him and thanked him for the effort. He indicated he would have someone call me back. Well here we are the next day and no call yet. This is a problem that starts with POOR OWNERS then POOR MANAGEMENT, which always equals poor quality service from employees. Speaking with fellow boaters in the New Smyrna area they all say the same thing "Yeah that is what you can expect from them, that is why we don't go there anymore!" It is such a shame to have a local vendor who puts such little effort into being a reputable business that it's community can count on. I take my Hells Bay to another local dealership as it has a Yamaha, and I have never experienced anything like this from them. This continued issue will ensure that my next re-power will NOT be with Suzuki. Until then, looks like future repairs will be done in Deland, a shop with a MUCH higher customer satisfaction rating.
