I paid Orlando Marine services to rebuild my carburetor in October 2024 and I took it out to use it…read morelast week for the first time and the carburetor still has issues. I called Orlando Marine service to let him know of the issues and try to schedule a time to bring it in. He sent me a text message telling me that they would not see my boat anymore and that i was on my own. I've been bringing this exact boat to Carlos since 2018 and i've never had any issues until now. The carb was not fixed and i paid a lot of money to have it rebuilt and he's saying because it was in my warehouse sitting the carb needs to be rebuilt again on my dime and he will not do it. He said there's only a 30 day warranty on the repairs. Not good business in my opinion and this is no way to treat a loyal customer. I would find someone else to work on your boat!

So glad we found Orlando Maine, we have called them twice now for some fairly large boat problems…read morewe have caused due to our lack of maintenance. They are awesome at explaining everything that needed to be done and provided pricing all along the way. Carlos provided pricing and recommended us preventive maintenance so we don't have to see him as often. We had the outside of our boat detailed. It went from what we thought needed a new paint job to looking brand new. Colors are back and brighter than ever. Would highly recommend. Their new office and garages are very clean and professional. If we ever have a question when out on the boat we just shoot Carlos a text and he always responds quickly.

Scott Kriedler was great to work with. Very professional and owned an honest mistake not his fault…read more Danny Harf was as helpful to look at another deal as well. Scott made the original deal right. Delivery guys were top notch. Left the boat in perfect shape and were very communicative. Highly recommend these guys and appreciate Tony Iacconi's recommendations.

Turns out that my bank (IFG Boat Loans) actually masked their loan fees as 'dealer prep fees'. Pretty messed up. Entirety of the review below left for reference. I've updated my score as well. While I still feel that communication could most definitely have been better, R&N was straight up on everything. I recently purchased a Regal from across the country. As stressful as it is to make a big purchase sight unseen, Jason didn't exactly make things easier. Communication was 'ok' in the beginning. I agreed to the asking price on the boat, and arranged finance and inspection, etc. I asked for a few simple things - primarily, I asked three times for an inventory of the vessel (dock lines, fire extinguisher, anchor, etc), so I knew what items I needed to acquire before taking delivery on the water. I asked for a couple of systems to be checked, etc. I never got an answer around these. Fortunately, I hired a marine surveyor to check the vessel out and I was confident enough in its condition to move forward. When paperwork finally got completed, I happened to be in Australia trying to finalize everything. While I saw the initial order form that included your typical $499 'document fee' bs, I missed the final ACTUAL line items where that fee changed to $570, plus an additional $375 in 'document fee'. They reamed me for almost a grand for this nonsense. Registration in CA is the sales tax (use tax) paid, so this was just a straight up padding of the final bill. It's on me that I missed it, but it is a pretty crappy thing to do to people.

There is an adorable mascot guarding the building - Rags, such a sweetie pie. Our instructor, Steve was very friendly and informative, he has been sailing his whole life and this is second nature to him, we spent a couple of hours out on the lake and I have to say that I loved it!! There was another couple on the boat that were super sweet and we definitely had a great time learning and hearing all of the stories Steve had to tell about the area way back when. I fell in love with sailing and we are hoping to get the lessons for two in the near future. I can't wait.

We rented a little electric catamaran that seats two people. It's slow moving but was great to just putter around the lake for 3 hours. There were other boaters and jet skiers out there as well. The electric chaise lounge has room on the sides for a bag or a small cooler and you can sit on the side and just hang your feet in the water. We will definitely be back and will probably rent a pontoon boat next time around. The Yelper who gave this place 2 stars is not actually rating the marina - I believe she is rating the park next door. The marina does have bathrooms and is not for public access to the water.
