The City of Columbia checked the line and confirmed the issue was still on my side, meaning the line was never fully cleared. I reached out to the company several times, but they stopped responding. I haven't been able to shower or do laundry for days. Any reputable drain company offers a callback/warranty, especially when the problem returns this quickly. Instead of fixing their incomplete work, they left me with the same issue and no communication. This has been extremely stressful and unsanitary, and I've received no support or follow-up. I hope they do the right thing and correct this, but as of now I cannot recommend them.

When I needed a new hot water heater, Wallace Plumbing was recommended to me by my heating and air…read morecompany. Wallace installed the AO Smith hot water, it's five months old, leaks on the floor, and the water that comes out of it is scalding hot. Wallace came in, replaced a valve, declared the temperature was set properly, and tinkered with two toilets in my house. They charged $120. None of my three problems was solved. I discussed my problems with the hot water heater with the AO Smith company and they directed me to turn the heat down on it. I did that. After five days, the water still is scalding, the same temperature as before I turned it down and it still leaks onto the floor. Today, Wallace installed a thermopressure tank ($300, that may or may not solve the problem of water on my floor) and the AO Smith company is having their own tech install a replacement thermostat valve (they will pay no more than $100 for the repair). Wallace charged more than they quoted me to install the thermopressure tank. Wallace is VERY difficult to get a hold of and they do not turn up on time for appointments--hours late for one appointment. I have poured money into this hot water heater because I had no other alternative. Wallace is only guessing what the problem is and they are unwilling to contact AO Smith. i did not select this AO Smith closed system hot water heater; Wallace brought it into my house. Neither Wallace nor AO Smith have been helpful. I cannot trust that the Wallace plumbers really know (or care) what the problem is. They are happy to make a house call and charge me for the visit, however, whether anything gets fixed or not. J. Donovan

I went out to take a picture of how deep it was and was told the porch was compromised since they had removed dirt from under wooden porch. So they took a picture. They finished, said they would be back to smooth the huge pile of dirt out and put grass seed down. The biggest thing is they didn't put much dirt back under the wooden porch. Is it still compromised? Could very well be. They refuse to come back and finish the job. They certainly don't follow thru but were very thorough about making sure they get paid. Find someone else!
