Half the tent/pop-up sites have 20 amp. Three rustic log cabins are available to rent for a true "pioneer" experience. Modern restrooms and shower are located in the nearby mule barn. Be sure to visit the award-winning museum (open 1-4 daily.) On weekends during the summer, ride the canal boat on the last navigable section of the Wabash & Erie Canal in Indiana. There are miles of walking/cycling trails. Downtown Delphi has several nice restaurants, art galleries, restored working Opera House, shopping... all within walking distance.

Reserving our campsite online through their website was easy, and confirming was also easy. I did end up calling them to ask if we could add an additional camper to our site, and they were super helpful and accommodating in that regard. The grounds are lush, with campsites that are situated on grass or deeper into the wooded area. It's not a massive resort by any means, so even if you pick the furthest away site, everything is easily walkable. The main office where you check-in also serves as a camp store with a few camping essentials and snacks you can buy. You can also connect to their wi-fi here (be warned: it doesn't quite manage to reach all the way to the edges of camp). This main building also has the restrooms/showers, broken into men's and women's (no gender neutral options currently). These are the only restrooms at the camp. Next door is a fun playground with a swingset, monkeybars, and the like. A bit beyond that is their pool, with lots of deckchair recliners. I really enjoyed the pool during the stay, as the weather was quite warm during our late May visit and the water was nice and cool. There's a picnic type pavilion with a stage included, useful for large gatherings. Spent a lot of time there as well. Some areas have more shade than others. Big grassy field for activities. Our membership lasts for a full year, so we'll keep our eyes open for future events they host if it merits the nine hour journey out there!

We forgot a couple times so I had to run to the little store and grab them they have the basic stuff and really it's not priced horrible. The splash pad area was amazing and my 20 month old loved it. They had more than enough chairs for people to seat at. We will be back for sure! Thing that we didn't like The putt putt is over a lot of water so we didn't play it with having a small walking little it didn't feel safe also the pool even in the summer closes at 8 because it has to be staffed with a lifeguard for summer it's just a little early. But I also understand they are mostly high school summer help. Outside of that amazing and like I said we will be back!

All sites are pull through and pretty level. Lots of trees keep the noise level down. They have plenty of bathhouses that are very well kept. No bugs clogging the lights or screens packed with bugs and cotton wood. They really have done a nice job with all the bathhouses. Each bath house has it's own laundry mat. Bring coins. The sites are fairly wide and it doesn't feel like you are on top of everyone. Pool is well kept. They did have special events scheduled for the kids which was nice to see. It would be nice if they would add a dog park. They have two huge open areas that they could do that with. Each site does have cable TV as well.

Our experience took an unexpected and very disappointing turn after our stay…read more The owner contacted us alleging that our children had been throwing rocks into the pool, leaving trash on the ground, and were unsupervised at both the pool and the playground. Those allegations are simply inconsistent with what occurred. We spent the day at EDM Beach, and our children were only at the pool for approximately one hour. The neighbors next door also told us they did not observe our children throwing rocks, and we have video showing there were no rocks in the pool. Being accused of this behavior without what we believe to be credible evidence was upsetting and unnecessary. Combined with the other issues we experienced during our stay, this left us with serious concerns about the accuracy of the claims being made and how guests are treated. We encourage future guests to document the condition of the property with photos and videos upon arrival and departure and to keep records of their stay. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property. We will share photos of how "dirty" we left the property and left stones in the pool ... at least the other pool guest confirmed that the child didn't throw stones in the pool nor were there any stones in the pool. Door code didn't work when we arrived nor did the cleaning crew remove the other house guests prior belongings yet Amy blamed us for leaving the prior renters personal items. Amy truly is a horrific person to deal with and will accuse you of bogus things to get more money
