Not only do they aviod answering the phone to sign up a new customer, but here I am without service again because of their terrible equipment and network design. I pay $40 for a download speed of no more than 3mbit and a connection that has trans-oceanic type latency and the circuit drops so many packets I find it difficult to use IM. This is a scam operation. They sold an "unlimited" data plan for direct signal internet wireless…read moreservice on AT&T. I had to invest $1,500 up front in equipment and labor. I also had to pay $125 a month for unlimited data. Without warning, after 5 months AT&T shut off all customers. Cambio told us they were going to offer a pay as you go rate for data. It never happened. Never got service back and have been without internet for 2 weeks. Even worse, they kept billing the monthly $125 after service was cut-off. Apparently, they were using SIM cards that were for not for whole home router usage, and AT&T caught up with them. Avoid them at all costs.
