They were very professional, friendly, efficient and thoughtful of our home. Before starting to install the final fan in the great room (with a 20-foot ceiling), they first had to maneuver a 16-foot step ladder into the house and room which was not easy due to the size and weight. Once they started to work on the install, they discovered that I didn't buy a fan for such a steep sloped ceiling. They repackaged the fan and wrapped up the job.
