After calling him, he was responsive in getting me a quote. Although it took about a month until he had availability to do the job, once it came time to do the job, he was professional and very communicative. A joy to work with as a contractor. He also got a permit and did everything by the book and had very reasonable pricing. In my case, I had a 220 line he had to run and a small outside light to install. All in all, I'm very happy with his work. He does residential jobs on the side to teach his son the trade, so his availabilty might be limited, but if you're looking for electrical work in the Falls, I definitely recommend giving him a call and seeing if he can help you out. #ServiceStarShoutOut

NOT once have I ever been mis-treated, over billed, or had a server issue with Jon that was not given the highest priority to make sure my clients were with out service. There Tech support has always been great to talk to, even if it was a issue I was trying to figure out for my business. I have no degrees in computing, all self taught..and as GSP's come and go..I am still here 10 1/2 years later. I owe a great percentage to my first conversation wit Jon and his employees over these years. Keith and his crew have strong knowledge of the trade and had safety first in mind. I called approximately 24 hours prior to my appointment to cancel, And stated that I would call back and reschedule. I called back numerous times and left numerous messages without any call back from the owner. I then used a different phone and was able to contact the owner and was told that I did not give enough of a notice of cancellation and they said I could have been billed for the service not performed. I apologized for not giving 48 hour notice of cancellation and set up another appointment for cleaning to be done. On the date of my appointment I contacted this service approximately one hour before my appointed time as I did not receive the promised confirmation call the day before. I left a message asking if they were going to show up for my appointment. I did not receive a call back and no one showed up at the time of my appointment. I then called numerous times that day and left numerous messages. The appointment was for April 8 at 1 PM and today's date is April 12 and I have still not received a callback from the owner of the service. I believe she set up an appointment with no intention of ever showing up. This lack of professionalism is beyond belief. She was very condescending and very rude when I had contacted her after canceling the first appointment. I had a feeling that she wouldn't show, and I really wasn't surprised when she didn't. I would not recommend this service to anyone and I hope she and this business go under very soon as I will do everything I can to help this happen.

One that I came across was done very well with the elements you really, really want to see. Specifically, a video with a brief and interesting presentation. A pleasing to the eye design and flow. An offer for a free and informative report. A convenient and simple request form. A quick, easy to read quote about the impact of mobile searches and sites. And it was all readily visible/readable without scrolling down. Website design is so important to your business. If it is easy to find the information, request additional information and to stay in touch with the potential customer, your success rate from visits to your site will increase. Add to that the availability of a mobile site, which is extremely important for many businesses that are searched for "on the go" and you have the recipe for success. No, I do not do website design. However, when I see a good example of something done the right way, I can't help but point it out as a guide for how "it" should be done. Perhaps I am more sensitive to this at the moment as i am really needing to have my site redone. (I got sweet talked before I learned what makes a site effective.)
