I wanted a manicure yesterday but didn't want to drive very far so I gave the closest salon to me a chance... and WOOWWW!!! I always go for a plain manicure, clear polish, as I like the natural look on my nails. Ladies were very very sweet and professional and I asked if I could get "clear gel" to keep my nails sturdy but not be able to tell I'm wearing gel. She even tested out what it would look like on her own nail before I agreed! It was $39 for my manicure and "clear gel" and it is so so beautiful!! I will always be coming back here. Photos in the reference are my before and after!
Thrilled I made an appointment here and could be seen day of! I got gel nails & a regular pedicure and loved how they turned out! - They said Mon - Wed are there most available days (packed on the weekends) - Flower (28 + years experience) spent serious TIME cleaning up my cuticles & I was very impressed - attention to detail was a 12/10 and she spoke great English! Overall a very clean space with covid friendly plastic dividers! Highly recommend - @neeks93 on insta
Love my nails! Called yesterday and the lady was able to get me in right away. The salon was clean. She took my temp and sanitized my hands. When I was done she sanitized her work station. I will be returning.
My cousin and I came here on a random rainy Tuesday while she was in town. There were so many gel polish colors and they were very patient with us while we picked colors (and a glitter topper for my cousin). I couldn't believe how fast and neat they were able to put polish on us, and they cleaned up our cuticles SO well. I was super impressed! This is also the most natural looking gel mani I've ever had; I feel like most gel manis have the thicker "gel look", which is fine, but the coats here are thin and I like that it looks really natural and subtle. I usually don't get my nails done, but I'll definitely come here again to treat myself or before special occasions!
I am so happy that I stumbled upon this little shop that is hidden in a strip mall. Very clean and the ladies are very courteous. Hoa did a great job on my manicure. Very professional and efficient. I think I found my forever salon! So happy with my services here.
My shellac manicure started chipping and peeling after only a few days, and I had to get my nails redone after 1 week at another location. My pedicure was also no good--pictures attached of how poorly the polish was applied. Pedicure water was also cold and I had to ask them to warm it up. Giving two stars because I appreciate that they did my nails and toes at the same time, which saved me time. Additionally, the woman who did my manicure was very sweet and gave a great arm massage. Staff was super nice, just not happy with the quality of the manicure and pedicure. I won't be going back.
I guess it was alright. It was kinda expensive for mani pedi. They almost let me walk out without painting my toes and my mani... the picture speaks for itself. They rushed me even though no one was there. Only come here if you're desperate.
I went to Talent Nails 4 days ago and did regular pedicure and gel manicure. However, a few hours after I left the place, one of my gel nails, already started peeling off. I took a picture as I knew I would go back to fix it. By the next morning a few other nails also peeled off. I went back as soon as I could on Sunday and asked them to fix it. I communicated that I think this nail polish might be old or bad in hopes she would consider a different one. She stated: "Your nail pealed off because you have kids". I explained that I did not do any dishes and I did not take a shower since the nails were done so that could not be the reason. She fixed it in a rush and I could tell that it wasn't a really good job. By the next day, my nails started peeling off again. Right now I am on day two since she fixed it and 6/10 nails are pealing off. Also my cuticles were not done either. The only reason I am giving the place 2 stars is because my pedicure was done well. This is disappointing because it was my birthday, and I have some other upcoming celebrations and now my nails look this horribly. Altogether the price was probably around $70 and I would expect good results for that money. When I get gel nails, I expect them to last at least 10 days. This is very disappointing.
After quarantine I was so excited for a mani so I paid $80 for a pedi &dip nails. I told the girl to do white dip &use nail polish to add glitter. I've done this before and it was so beautiful I wanted to recreate it. I even showed her a pic. "No. They'll be bulky". She used powder for both and made them so bulky and oddly shaped she spent most of the time filing them thin. She must've made them SO thin (still maintaining the weird bump where the glitter is) that now, a few days later this is the result. A ruined manicure. Invest your $ in a quality place.
My friend and I got our nails done for my 21st birthday! We decided to get square-shaped acrylics -this was my first experience getting acrylics-. We did not have an appointment, but as soon as we stepped foot in the nail salon we were welcomed and given such amazing treatment. The man who did our nails was very friendly and made conversation the entire time. There were no problems or mistakes during our time. We both fell in love with our nails as soon as they were done! Even a week later they are still in such great condition! Thank you so much Talent Nails, we will be back!
First time coming here. I came in for some nail therapy. I can feel a cold coming on, so decided to beat it to the punch before it does turn into a full blown cold. First stop was pho soup for breakfast, then on the spot decided to pamper myself. Came here, and Got acrylic nails with a deluxe pedicure. Picked same beautiful pink color for my finger and toe nails. Both ladies were sweet, friendly, professional and did a great job. Their massage chair is amazing! The rollers really got into my back. It was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure. The scrub and treatment smelled delicious and my feet look and feel amazing. Definitely will come back.
If all you want is a standard manicure, or pedicure with no design and no friendliness, this is your place. I sent my teen here with her friend, and was charged out the nose for two full sets that look like an absolute mess. Cash & attitude only. read more

I called ahead of time to see if they could squeeze me in and he said of course, head on over!! I've had my nails done at a few different places around San Diego but this was the most efficient fill I've had, not overpriced and we had an engaging conversation. My coworkers were obsessed with my color & can't wait to go back after quarantine is over!! read more

I needed to find a new nail tech since I just moved to the area, and saw the reviews about John. Not too much acrylic, knows how to shape nails, smooth foundation, and flawless polish application. Not to mention, he's super friendly. Overall great experience. read more

YES YES YES! For the absolute first time in my life, I had a manicure where they took their time and focused on making it perfect. I felt cared for and that my gel nails are not going to chip after one week. I am from Tennessee and the prices there are $35 for a gel manicure this was $25!!!! I am so happy I will be coming here again every time! read more

I went here for almost 3 years straight and I've never loved a nail salon more!! If it wasn't for being restationed on the other side of the country, I'd still be going here. They treat you like family and give you exactly what you ask for 100% of the time! Not to mention military and student discounts, I've never been to place that offers those!! My 2year old daughter always had fun going with me because even she was treated like a little princess 10/10 would recommend and if you don't believe me, the pics will speak for themselves read more

I found Talent Nails on Yelp. I was going to a mall nail salon and didn't enjoy it much. I am very glad to have found this place because not only is it a walk from my house but the service here was great. I got a manicure, pedicure and acrylics done. My acrylics and manicure were don't by Mary (I suck at names so maybe that name is wrong). I loved them they were very detailed and she made sure i liked everything before proceeding. Mary was also very friendly and respectful. She is very sweet. She made sure that even though I was already getting my pedicure and my acrylics were done she wanted to double check them. Then my pedicure, I tell you even though I got the deluxe I felt like I got the most expensive one. This was great. She was even able to find the spot that hurt without me even knowing I had a spot on my foot that hurt. This place seemed family own and it was great. They were very friendly, and they knew ALL their customers by name. I will definitely be coming back here! read more

I read the reviews and opted to go here vice the place a few doors down, sadly it's not open. They have posted hours on the door that say they opened an hour ago. Really bummed that there is no punctuality on the hours they keep. This is the second time I have tried this location and they just aren't open. read more

Really wanted to have a good experience. Just had a baby and really needed a pedicure. The girl kept zoning out and would stop in mid massage and just look out the window. The worse part was she zoned out while scrubbing the dead skin on my feet and rubbed a raw spot on the side of my foot. I had to tell her to stop. They did put antibacterial on it and didn't charge me the full price. But still upsetting read more
