Tom Gollick and his team did an outstanding job. The entire job included the designing, planting of arperzvites, pine tree, bushes, ground cover, and plants, as well as installing the outcropping and paver stones. Their hard work and good ideas resulted in beautiful back yard setting. The Fields team was very efficient and adjusted well to whatever ideas and modifications my wife and I suggested. Each member of the team was very professional. My wife and I are very satisfied with all of the completed work and will undoubtedly enjoy our back yard for many years to come. I made a purchase for $23.98. I wasn't happy with it and mailed it back…read more Shipping was supposed to be $3.99. My bank statement showed she charged me $27.97. Peggy gave me a return of $19.00. I asked why. She told me the rest was for shipping. Didn't show me the order and I was unable to find it. I told her I want a full refund. After several emails she emailed me this: I am sorry you were confused about our return policy. In an effort to resolve this issue, we will refund your shipping this time. Peggy The nerve ! Peggy was the one who is confused unless she is just dishonest! She tried to charge me $7.98 for shipping and refunded me $3.98. She refunded $3.98 I don't trust Peggy and will never do business with her again. One more thing. The packaging was terrible. Used box, used tissue paper, and used cellophane.

I ordered three personalized ornaments from this company and two arrived wrong/defective. It was obvious that absolutely no time or care was taken when fulfilling my order. I could understand a misspelling or grammer error (which there were) but the names were completely smudged and whole parts of my text was just completely missing. I would have been ashamed to send out a product in the state I received. Additionally, when I requested a return, the replacement items were sent to the wrong address, which was very much a hassle and pure luck I got the items at all. Imagine my disappointment when the replacement items were STILL incorrect. This company provides poor quality products and it is evident in my experience that they pay no attention to detail or take any pride in their work. My ornaments were very basic and if they were incapable of correctly filling my order the first two times, I didn't even bother trying for a third. I cut my losses, trashed the ornaments, and ordered from a much more reputable company. Save yourself my headache and skip this company altogether.
